SANASTY. I would highly recommend this company. We had a 3 day hire of a little Fiat Panda.
The cost was 130 euros.
It was
A very easy process and saved us no end of bother in dealing with the rentals in the terminal.
The car was waiting for us precisely as described by Sanasty and
The car was clean and in good condition.
I called into the Sanasty office within 48 hours and settled up.
Sanasty asked us to pop the car back as we collected it.

Booked a car to avoid airport queues at the hire car desk. Sanasty seems to have a fleet of cars with serious mechanical problems from my experience.
First car offered was silver Fiat. Three weeks later they told me it had mechanical issues so they were changing it to a white Fiat. A week later Sanasty wrote to say that this car had issues so we now were offered a red Seat. At the airport we found the car in the car park with the keys on the wheel and drove off. The next day the brakes failed on a slight hill and I couldn’t stop the car rolling away except with the handbrake. This is a catastrophic failure of maintenance and really shocked me. On contacting Sanasty I was told that the following day they’d deliver another Fiat Panda however one look at the state of this old car with bashed in side and I decided I could not risk using this company. The company refunded all but 50 euros ( we also had to pay the car park fee) .
Their employee was very good at communicating promptly over the phone and WhatsApp but I think they need to get a fleet of decent cars. Cannot recommend.

Straight forward booking process, excellent communication and response times with Lisa. Payment method relaxed. No Hidden costs or insurance headaches.

Definitely 5 star service from Dori who assisted us today. She was punctual, lovely and friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely use Sanasty car hire again. As we received such a good service, we will look to book one of their many tours as we were offered 10% off!

Having had a series of bad experiences with the major players at Tenerife Airport (including Sixt and Hertz, both of which attempted to pin damage on vehicles on me), I decided to try Sanasty. I have to say, the whole experience was refreshingly simple and straightforward. The vehicle I hired was perfectly clean, but it was not new (about 70k km), and had a number of minor scrapes and cosmetic blemishes. However, it was mechanically excellent and was exactly what we required to get around the island safely and efficiently. The pick up and drop-off processes were great and involved much less waiting than when renting from the usual suspects. Great experience without the stress of worrying that you are about to be ripped off by dishonest operators.

The staff were very friendly and efficient when we collected the car. The car, a Fiat Panda, was dated, with plenty of scrapes and dents. We had intended to drive up to Mt Teide, but the engine is so under powered, it wasn't safe to continue our journey. Plus, half way up the mountain the top of the gear stick flew off! Making it difficult to know which gear I was in! Sanasty staff commented that they were aware of this, but failed to warn me! Regarding petrol, I expected a full tank to start with and to take it back with a full tank, so you pay only for the petrol used. Standard car hire policy..not with Sanasty. The car petrol indicator had 3 blocks left and so we were expected to return it with 3 blocks left. It is impossible to know how much petrol to put in to cover two days driving and to then return it with 3 blocks. Needless to say we left much more petrol in the tank than we started with! I asked Sanasty staff to refund me £10.00, which was a very fair compromise, but my suggestion was simply laughed off. I worked in customer service and would never have treated a customer this way. So I suggested a gesture of goodwill payment of £10, again, no. Reference was made to a discount next time we used Sanasty..needless to say, there will not be a next time.

An excellent service with a great team!
Robin has brought to us the T-Roc convertible, and he explained everything thoroughly.
Unfortunately, we had a flat tire at the volcano site. The team responded swiftly, despite holiday times, and with help of Robin, Dori and Lisa, we got our replacement vehicle in no time - these are really the things that guve an added value to a service.
I highly recommend this team/service to everyone who plans to rent a car on Tenerife.

Absolute fantastic service from Sanasty car hire. Andrew and Lisa were both prompt in answering any questions via email during the booking process. They sorted us a car and car seat for the days we required and hassle free delivery and pickup from our hotel. John who delivered the car was great, providing us with tips of places to visit and demonstrating everything we needed to know for the car. Couldn’t fault them at all and will definitely be using them again. We hired the Seat Arona for a family of 5 which was spacious and spotlessly clean and the payment on delivery with no deposit was fantastic

This was our 2nd time using Sanasty; however, it was our 1st time picking up the car at Tenerife South Airport (we had previously picked up the car from their garage in Los Cris). As before, the booking process really is a simple & as slick as can be (no hidden extras) with the car ready for pick up once I landed with clear instructions on how to locate the car. All that was required was for me to drop into their (newly opened) office on Los Cris to lay for thw hire.What was really great was that we didn't have to stand waiting at one of the large car hire company's to collect the car. Andrew (the owner) couldn't have been more helpful at all times during the booking process, we got a response to any Q within that day. The car was spotlessly clean (which is often not the case when renting a car in Spainl. And as I mentioned earlier NO HIDDEN COSTS. Sanasty have a large fleet of c.70+ cars, yet still have the feel of a local operation.
Any interaction we had with the team (from initial booking queries to returning car) was very authentic & we cannot recommend Sanasty highly enough!

Absolutely excellent service from enquiry/booking to returning the car. No queues to wait in at the airport the car was delivered there for us, we had a fiat panda for 2 weeks, great little car for getting round the island and easy to park. Will certainly book again

Hired from Sanasty on multiple occasions and always been provided with impeccable service. Andrew and the team are always lovely, friends and welcoming. They answer any questions you have not just about the car hire but Tenerife in general! They make you feel at ease and the vehicles are always spotlessly clean and well presented/maintained. Email/ enquiries are always answered promptly and efficiently. This time we enquired about hiring with only a few days notice (stargazing was the main aim and we were planning around the weather!) but they were nothing but accommodating and sorted us straight out. Would not hire from anywhere else on the island!

The car (VW Taigo automatic) was perfect and gave zero problems, had enough power to take us uphill, and didn’t spend so much gas. The pick up and drop off were fast and easy. The team was friendly and helpful. Very recommended.

Very easy to organise the rental of a small car for a few days and the car itself was faultless and clean.

I have to say renting a car through Sanasty was very easy from start to finish. Being able to pick the car and drop the car off at the airport is a fantastic service. Going to the office and paying was also very easy. We saw Andrew at the office who gave us a few tips. Would definitely use next time we come.

Really easy to use , good communication no waiting around car was ready and waiting for me when i wanted it . Fully recomend using them and will definately be using them again
