Sanasty Car Hire Tenerife レビュー

Very helpful staff gave us tips of how to navigate the island and showed us on their map best places to visit we will most definitely will be using them again next year

This company is fantastic, hired car from them in april 26, really easy booking process, great customer service went out there way to help me my wife and triplet girls to extend booking without loosing any driving days in between, full English spoken staff which helps a lot, price was great too, will definitely be booking again in March 27, thanks to the staff and Andrew (the owner) spot on 👍

Great experience. Clean valeted car delivered to hotel on time. Everything explained clearly and concisely. Very competitive rates

Lovely people and service

Would definitely recommend, car collected at Tenerife South Airport and dropped back in Los Cristianos, faultless service cannot fault anything

Got my car from Sanasty, picked it up at the airport full of fuel so was at my accommodation within 15 mins. I decided to have a look around the island so called in at The Sanasty office for a phone holder for the car. They gave me a phone holder and loads of good advice of where to visit. I have never had such good personal service from a car hire company before. If you are travelling to Tenerife try Sanasty as there customer service is second to none.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Have already booked Sanasty for my next visit ti Tenerife.

excellent stress free booking online, with a confirmation email and a discount as repeat customer!,
also great stress free pickup and drop off at the airport.
car was clean and valeted. no problems throughout the book and super easy to drop off.

Hire, insurance etc all included and staff really helpful when I couldn't sync my phone to the car, popped by the office and they gave me a lead to get it working

Honestly this was the best car experience I’ve ever had renting a car. You just fill in all your details online, and when you arrive, a contract is in the car along with the keys and no waiting around. When I’m back in Tenerife I will only be renting from Synasty. Highly Recommend

Always easy to deal with. made easy by their experience in this field and the amazing staff.
We always use SYNASTY when we go to Tenerife. Always book for a whole week get a good price and great service.
Can’t fault them.
Cars are always kept well and well maintained.

Happy customer.
Daisy and daddy.

Great Company seamless booking process and staff absolutely brilliant
Highly recommended already booked a car for next visit in December

Excellent service – highly recommended!

This was our second time renting a car from Sanasty, and once again, everything was absolutely spot on! The car was clean, comfortable and in excellent condition, and the price was very reasonable.

The staff in the office were lovely, friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free.

One thing we particularly appreciated was being able to drop the car off at the airport car park rather than having to return it to the rental office. It made everything so much more convenient, especially when catching a flight.

Overall, another fantastic experience with Sanasty! Great service, great prices and lovely people. We will definitely rent from them again and would happily recommend them to anyone!

Easy to deal with. Professional communication. Great cars. Airport pickup and drop off. Office very accessible in Los Cristianos. Great for advice and trips around the island.

Would definitely recommend! Walked in wanting day hire of a car and left half an hour later with one. Easy process, good price, clean car and friendly staff. Super easy to return keys at the end of the day too.

Great communication from Sanasty regarding location of pick up and changes in hire ie the car changed.
Little disappointed with the condition of the car stains all over the seats needed a good valet before collection.
Fuel left in the car at collection was not a full tank
So had to make a note of what was in there to replace correctly.
For a higher range hire I thought the car could be better and in a better condition the entertainment package in this car was poor tbh.
But Sanasty themselves were easy to deal with and everything that was arranged worked perfectly from collection to drop off.
Staff are friendly and easy to deal with 👍

Not the cheapest but it the best and easy to use and really friendly and helpful

From start to finish, the service was fantastic. Well done to all the team for providing an excellent package. You have a great team Andrew.

Excellent service again this year, best car hire company on Tenerife, no hidden charges, excellent cars.

Like many others I have watched the Knightstrider for many years. It was recently our Ruby anniversary and as we got engaged on a flight to Tenerife it seemed only right to spend our anniversary in Tenerife. We therefore decided to try Sanasty. The booking process was simple and not even a deposit was requested. The car was delivered to our hotel at the exact time and unlike many other companies who provide equivalents, it was the exact car I had requested. Other than a couple of scratched wheel trims the car was in very good condition. Serena who delivered it was very pleasant, patient and helpful in helping me link my phone to the car and give me guidance about it. Although I drive an automatic in the UK I had not driven a Hybrid before. The return process was also very simple and easy. Just follow a link, send a photo of where the car is parked and leave keys at the hotel reception.

Couldn’t ask for anything better delivered an collected from the villa we hired no deposit no stress
