Sanasty Car Hire Tenerife レビュー

Great service, fantastic car! Ready and waiting at the airport with no desks no queuing and no hassle. Would 100% book with them again.

Great service no issues
Got our dates wrong but Linda sorted it
Defo use again

Great company to deal with. Very personable and professional and easy service. All the staff are so lovely and Serena is so friendly.

Would highly recommend to anyone on holiday as they are so upfront about any costs, unlike many others.

Thanks

Chris

Super easy car hire. Spotless vehicle. Friendly team.

Great service. Staff so helpful and car was well maintained

Great service. Pickup car after working hours and return an airport is not a big deal for Sanasty. Big thanks

We hired the Hyundai Kona for 3 days. We had fun trying to find it in the dark but once we got to grips with it, it was fabulous. Straight away the Staff were so helpful with Laura and Kate helping us get to grips with it. It was great having the freedom to travel around Tenerife and go up north. Plus Andrew was so gracious to me after I had a incident. Over all fabulous experience with the car and the Sanasty staff.

It was super simple. Good quality car had a VW Tiago. The speed limiter was very useful.
Visited the office to pay and very happy and kind staff. Would recommend.

It was good not having to pay a deposit like the alternatives. And they are real people instead of a massive corporation.

Absolute pleasure dealing with this company, made the whole experience hiring a car abroad so hassle free.. Will definitely use them again my next trip... 5 stars.!

Ordered out of hours for next day delivery to hotel. Got a confirmation email the next morning. Car dropped off on time. Brand new. Lovely to drive. Just left keys at reception for them to pick up. 5 stars!

Initially booked a hire with a different company but they requested a credit card of which I don’t have. A quick google of where else hire brought up sanasty. Quick read through of the reviews and I booked with them. Car came exactly when it was supposed to and very helpful guy that dropped it off. He told us some ways to go for best views etc. We had a Seat arona and it was brilliant. If we are back to Tenerife again we will be hiring to pick up from airport save waiting on transfers. Trying to find parking is the hardest bit out the lot. But absolutely brilliant service, car and staff.

It was very easy to book online, and I got a response fairly quickly from the team to confirm and send across the contract. The price was very good value for money, and the little Fiat Panda we got was a great drive for the roads of Tenerife. It definitely made our experience great and gave us that freedom to explore the island. The return process was also seamless and everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout the process. Will definitely book again with Sanasty!

By far the best rental car experience I ever had.
I just found the car in the parking space, (I'm not going to tell how I've got the keys, but it's easier then you would expect). I left it in the same place. No additional papers, no additional waiting time, filling form nothing. You exit the airport the car is awaiting (yes, the car, not people ) . You are going to leave it in the same place that's it. No additional locked found on you credit card, nothing. Amazing!

I recently rented a car and was impressed by how modern and efficient the process was. Booking, contract, and most of the paperwork were handled digitally, which saved a lot of time and felt very straightforward.
The actual handover of the vehicle and keys was done in person by a staff member. That combination worked perfectly: the digital side was fast and clear, and the personal handover was friendly, professional, and competent. The employee explained everything I needed, answered questions without any rush, and made the pickup feel easy and well organized.
Return was just as smooth. No delays, no confusion, no unexpected issues. The whole experience was well thought through from start to finish.
I would rent here again without hesitation and can recommend this company to anyone who wants an almost fully digital process without losing the human touch.

Another great hire through Sanasty, fabulous little car, perfect to get you around the island and fit in any parking space. Car drop off on time and pick-up super easy, simply left the keys at reception for their collection at the hotel.

Our second summer in a row we selected sanasty for our car rental and we are very happy with everything. Service was professional and prefilling out our details online meant delivery of car took no time at all. Car in great condition and fair price. Will be selecting Sanasty again.

Easy and good service, thanks a lot

Great service. Would definitely recommend if your looking for car hire
