Loughborough Mazda Servicing

Took my partner's car in for servicing a couple of weeks ago, and we've only just discovered that the mechanics disabled her dashcam without telling us. It's been off ever since, not recording anything for weeks! They didn't leave the car in the same condition it arrived in, and no one bothered to mention this change. If she'd been involved in a road traffic collision that wasn't her fault during that time, we'd have zero dashcam evidence to prove it – that could have been a seriously costly mistake for us.

Absolutely unacceptable lack of communication and professionalism. We won't be using this garage again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

So we bought a MG HS. We saw Richard Doolan who was so friendly and gave us a great deal on our old car. I'd definitely recommend Sandicliffe motors Loughborough.

Easy laid back atmosphere, great service and very detailed with all information

We had an awful experience unfortunately. Should stress our salesman James was great, his management team though were awful.
After 2 visits and a test drive we agreed to pay the asking advertised price for a car. We paid two deposits one for £100 to secure the car & one for £400 at the time of purchase. James went somewhere to get paperwork and was gone an age. On his return he was followed by a man. This man introduced himself as the deputy manager, didn’t sit down or offer us a name. He said he couldn’t sell the car to us. His excuse was the actual manager who they had been speaking to on the phone had been online pricing the day before and made a mistake with the car we were buying. He was away apparently for another 5 days. We asked for this to be escalated. We mentioned consumer law to no avail. We weren’t even offered a compromise price which we would probably have considered.
The deputy managers attitude was appalling, his customer skill’s negligible. We left with no car and no refund for our deposits.
I emailed the company and got the same response, a meagre apology and an offer of £50 eventually got my trouble. Would definitely not return.

Just got back from the dealership at Leicester after picking up my new focus st x was worth the traveling down the garage and staff were excellent and gave me an excellent price for my old car very happy with my deal

Absolutely amazing will definitely be back in the future. Dionne answered all the questions and spoke through everything in detail professional highly recommend

Visited Sandicliffe to upgrade our Fiesta to a Puma. Had seen the Puma that interested us (low mileage, ST Line X) but unfortunately reserved. Juggy took our details and said he would look out for similar for us as nothing in stock at that time. True to his word, Juggy called the next morning. The sale on the Car we really wanted had fallen through. We went back that afternoon, had a test drive, loved it. We negotiated a deal (part exchange etc.) and struck a deal we were happy with. Juggy was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Sandicliffe Ford Nottingham. Thank you Juggy.

We had a great experience with Monique, who was professional, friendly and calm.

Despite an initial booking error where another staff member claimed we had no appointment, even after an online confirmation and agent verification, Monique immediately put us at ease and guided us through the process seamlessly.

Juggy from start to finish made buying our used Kuga a smooth and easy purchase. Many thanks for your help. Only gripe was the awful coffee and hot chocolate that was served up via the cafe there. You’d think if your buying a car and spending such funds that they would use the coffee machine they have there instead of serving up instant rubbish 👍

Dionne was excellent and explained everything very well. She was easy to talk to and gave me all my options with no pressure.

I found the salesperson to be calm, clear about each stage of the process and, most positive of all, in no way appeared pushy or frustrated when I was considering different options. These behaviours were a huge reason why I continued to review Sandicliffe's sale options and, when the right vehicle became available, the choice to buy from the company was a no brainer. Finally, the pick up was smooth and not at all rushed, with all questions answered and, when necessary, spent time finding any information they didn't know without hesitation.

I felt very well looked after and was kept informed through my experience.

Chris Jackson at Sandicliffe Nottingham was brilliant throughout the process of me buying my second Ford Puma. He was prompt with info and replying to my questions and the handover was seamless. I will however mention that Ford Credit took over 3 hours to release the credit meaning I had to stand around for that length of time before I could take my new car away. It was a ridiculous and very stressful part of the experience. This doesn't reflect on Sandicliffe or Chris but made the end of the process very disappointing.
