We have been using this dealership for 3 years (not by choice). Our first car was purchased on PCP (usual pcp terms were explained to us) this was 3 years ago..2 years in we decided to try to upgrade and get a newer model, when we tried to arrange this we were informed our car was purchased on a fixed term loan agreement! We needed to pay the remaining balance of the loan off before we could do anything, thankfully after threatening legal action Sandiacre agreed to fix this and provide us with a new regular PCP for a new vehicle. New said vehicle was due for its first service and we got a call saying we could upgrade for the same price....2 hours spent today, told at the beginning it will be almost identical to the monthly payment you have now...end figure was £200 per month more, fair enough...the sales lad Arron lied and said he never said it would be identical figures...we will not be returning, the showroom floor was dangerously slippy and we witnessed 1 person fall face first to the floor....the whole experience has made me think of sleezy car salesmen

Having made a purchase from Sandicliffe Leicester, I have nothing but praise for the manner in which the staff conducted themselves. No pressure was applied by them, they allowed time to think over decisions.

In particular I'd like to mention Mr James Longfield, a font of knowledge, who provided excellent information and guidance, but allowed my wife and I to make our decision in our own time.

My partner & I visited the Ford Sandicliffe site in Nottingham with the initial intention of viewing only. We had narrowed down to a couple of vehicles so went in with an open mind. We had both spotted a very nice Ford Focus ST in the “mean green” colour option so decided to enquire further on this car. We were greeted by a sales member there called Errol who we found was highly knowledgeable with all queries we had regarding the vehicle. We then opted for a test drive which was very straightforward.
Both my partner & I knew after the test drive that this was definitely the vehicle we were looking for. We then both asked for further details regarding the car & ran through various payment options which were tailored to us. One thing that I would like to highlight in my review of our journey was that at no point were we pressured into any sales decisions at all. We were made to feel extremely welcome every step of the way.
I have never purchased a vehicle from here before but I fully recommend anyone looking to & I will certainly return when the time comes to change my vehicle in future.
I would like to pass on a huge thanks to both Errol & Ranj who made us very welcome in making our decision. Thanks guys! You are both a huge credit to the team!

Easy, straightforward transaction in a clean warm showroom. Richard was very easy to communicate with. We have actually enjoyed the experience of buying our new car from Sandicliffe.
The complimentary tea's were lovely and not from a machine!
We can recommend this particular dealership on our experience of the whole process of buying a car. Also for the amount of 2nd hand cars they have in stock made finding a car easier. We wasted time trawling around quite a few garages before coming here!!

I found Sandicliffe Leicester a fantastic company to buy from. From our first enquiry to drive away (James Longfield) our salesman made our purchase very easy and smooth. He answered all our questions very calmly and could not have done any more for us. I had a very positive experience with Sandicliffe, particularly thanks to Jack Browne who handled my vehicle purchase. From the initial viewing through to collection, he was professional, approachable, and transparent throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, addressed questions promptly, and ensured the car was prepared properly before handover. The overall experience felt well-organised and customer-focused, which made the process smooth and stress-free.

Normally I'm not big on leaving reviews. That said I felt the need to write one for my experience at Sandicliffe at Loughborough.
I was greeted by Dionne when entering the showroom, who was very informative and helpful, made my purchase easy.
I could not recommend them enough

Dionne was very helpful in arranging test drive, discussing options and getting the car set up and ready for collection in only a few days.

My review is regarding the after sale service you get, I picked up a car I bought from Sandicliffe Lincoln on Friday 16th of January on the day of collection I was promised £10 of fuel and a full battery charge the battery was not fully charged and we had to wait for the fuel to be done.
On the journey home after paying for all the add ons the paint and upholstery and tyre options ,I noticed a crack in the plastic trim of the gear shift which should have been noticed when they did all those. I immediately rang the garage from the car and was asked to send pictures which I did on the same day.I sent another email asking what is happening with that to the salesman again and still have no answer.
But they have phoned me about Gap insurance.
All I can say I am sad now that I chose that garage for my car purchase.
