People buying people first
It's all about how the dealership treats potential customers. From the get-go, the attitude of salesperson David at MB Guildford enabled my buying decision to be made within 2 telephone calls. David's approach was professional and structured, with just enough flexibility to get me over the line. I am a retired salesperson and often find the car buying process very tedious and frustrating. In this instance, David got it spot-on and made it worth a very long journey to pick up my car.

The helpful team at Mercedes Guildford
The team at Mercedes in Guildford were very helpful. The online side was poor, very poor. Nothing worked. Hence the local team had to work even harder and did very well.

We visited Sandown this weekend and met marvellous Mimi
We visited Sandown this weekend and met Mimi who was fantastic. She spent so long with us and was easily the most informative and helpful Mercedes staff member we have had dealings with. We visited other larger establishments and the service from Mimi was just on another level.

I've just purchased a nearly new E Class Estate from MB Guildford. Great service from everyone I dealt with. Particular shout-out for Geoff Wilson who was really helpful. 10 out of 10 all round. :-)

Brilliant customer service from the time of initial telephone enquiry all the way through to driving my brand new car home!

I purchased a Mercedes A180 hatchback…
I purchased a Mercedes A180 hatchback back car from 'Sandown' Guildford . The agent who dealt with the whole procedure was excellent. He made the whole process of the sale and associated paperwork easy for me and it was done in a very professional and friendly manner. The after sale help with a more advanced vehicle was much appreciated.

Excellent sales service
Always very helpful reception staff. Nice environment in the sales room. Very knowledgeable salesperson. Mimi spent months (due to my delays!) finding me the right car at a good price. Highly recommended.

First class service
From the minute I sat down with Mimi I knew I was in good hands. She listened to what I was looking for and answered all my questions, regardless of how basic they were! I was kept updated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and the documents I needed to compete. On pick up day, she took time to walk me through all the functions of my new car. Delighted with my new car and the brilliant experience I had in buying it!
