Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience, our salesman Khayam Ali was the perfect balance, with a wonderful in depth knowledge of the car and full of enthusiasm. He always kept me informed about what was happening when, and also returned all of my calls when he said he would. Altogether a very smooth handover and I would definitely recommend them

Sandown Merc OK. Mercedes benz rubbish
Sandown Merc were excellent in the whole process from initial order and delivery.
HOWEVER, the new online process from Mercedes is unhelpful and very stressful processing. They assume users are OK to be sent various links to documents to be signed and approved. I almost cancelled my order because of it. I have no desire to return in the future to mercedes and use their online ordering system.

Khayam from Mercedes-Benz Sandown could not have been more helpful and kind when I went to the showroom to choose my new car. His patient and friendly approach meant I could get the right car for me without feeling like I was under any pressure to buy and could ask as many questions as I liked. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a helpful and pressure free chat about what car would suit you.

The agent Karan Sahota was extremely…
The agent Karan Sahota was extremely helpful as my decision to buy the car was based on whether I could get a tow bar fitted for my caravan. MB would charge over £5000 to do this which is highway robbery, but he managed to find a 3rd party source for me. He was very flexible in closing the deal, along with his manager who had to get the OK from the Director at HQs, for a fantastic win win situation. When he says he follows up he doesn't BS and gets back to you really quick. One of the best customer service I experienced.

Sandown Guildford
Initially visited the dealership a couple of weeks ago to enquire about an A Class. We were seen straight away by an extremely helpful sales lady who took us for a test drive and explained the ordering process should we wish to proceed. We subsequently ordered a new car, which we collected on 3 March. The whole process went very smoothly and was mainly completed online and by email. We have been very impressed with the service provided by Sandown Guildford and would certainly recommend the dealership.

It was my first time buying a Mercedes
It was my first time buying a Mercedes. Jack and the team made it a really nice experience! Lots of communication through the process, answered any questions I had about the different options & organised a really nice handover for the day I picked up the car. Would 10/10 recommend this particular Mercedes dealership.
