The kit we have got from you has really helped my elderly Mam listen more easily. The ear fobs do drop out occasionally which is why we thought it safe to buy some extras.

I needed to check whether this phone is suitable for digital switchover but feel this information should be available on the website. A review of the phone on another site stated it was not suitable.

Exactly what we wanted
After months of trying to get a usable phone (tried lots of big brands) for my father in law, who is hard of hearing, the phone from Sarabec was deemed a success immediately.

Great products for those hard of hearing
Website was quick and easy to use, regular emails updating on the progress of the items and prompt delivery within a few days- excellent service!
Set up was quick and easy and the family members are now able to hear and see that someone is at the door or the phone is ringing - great products for the elderly and hard of hearing!
