I was very happy with the alarm clock I purchased, it arrived quickly and was kept updated throughout, will definitely shop here again.

Just what I needed. Efficient delivery.

I ordered the Snoozeband deluxe as it was advertised as being adjustable in size. However on adjusting it to fit and stay in place, the speakers, which are fixed in one place( I checked with customer service as to whether they were able to be moved….NO!), we’re nowhere near my ears. Speakers correctly positioned over my ears meant the band slipped to around my neck.
I contacted the company re a refund but was surprised to learn I would not be reimbursed for postage and had to pay postage again to return this unsuitable item. Total postage £15 , which puts up the cost for nothing fairly high.
Disappointed. The gentleman who dealt with my query at Customer Service was however, helpful and apologetic.

Prompt service, product arrived in perfect condition within 2 days. Phone now up and running at my mothers care home. Doro 4000 phone ideal for the hard of hearing.

Impressive service!!! We urgently needed a room loop system, so I found Sarabec online, gave them a call, ordered it online straight after, and within a couple of hours I received a tracking number from parcel force, then I received it less than 24hours after... Highly recommended... many thanks Sarabec 😊

Great - with these being portable they have helped me so much, different sound settings and flashing light assist me with knowing when someone is at my door! 5*

The battery is faulty. Rang to report it & was told I would get a call back by some lady after she came bk from lunch. No call to date !!!! Very poor

The service was swift and the item arrived when it said it would. The only difficulty was there was nowhere to click for the VAT free option given the resource was for a hearing aid wearer. I did request how the Vat could be claimed back but have yet to receive and guidance.

I have not received the package yet its the 3rd of July it was supposed to be delivered on the 16th of June

Fantastic product! Worked straight out of the box with minimal set up. Given the position of the loop, I can now hear the TV in the kitchen rather than pausing live TV, when I leave the living room, to make a cuppa. My audiologist recommended a loop system but warned it may still be muffled in use but I have found this product to have exceptional clarity.

Edited to add: Product was the LA240 loop system.
