Easy to buy, delivered on time

I had one of these loops around ten years ago which got lost so didn’t bother with a new one but just bought a new iPad which doesn’t have an earphone jack hence my purchase. I was very pleased and surprised at how much they have improved, the clarity of the sound is quite amazing and makes music a pleasure again.

Initially uncertainty and not knowing much about product queries were clarified clearly and concisely. The product 'cm-BT2 bluetooth neckloop' was delivered on time and after charging was fitted and paired trouble free to my phone, and tablet. What a difference it makes to hearing sounds properly through my NHS Phonak hearing aids which do not have bluetooth. Also priced a lot more affordable than propriety brand devices.

Very impressed with the way my phone was packed and delivered. Found instructions easy to follow and the only problem I found was trying to insert the batteries. Friend’s husband kindly inserted them for me. Very nervous using phone but I’m sure in time my confidence will improve.

Purchased these phones for my dad arrived very quick well packaged and where easy to set up for him he can now see a light flashing and here the phone when it rings and also have a conversation without having to repeat everything because with the adjustable ear volume can now hear much better, I would recommend these phones for any one that struggles with hearing their phone ring and hearing people talking to them

When i initially made me enquiry by telephone, I was pleasantly surprised how quick someone answered and I spoke to an actual person - there was no option numbers to press - the person I spoke to was very helpful and knowledgable about the products - excellent excellent customer service

The Sarabec hearing system has made a massive difference to our elderly Mother's hearing. Before this, she was becoming more isolated due to her hearing loss however, now she is able to take part in conversations, is more alert and interested in what's going on.
