Would have given zero stars if this was an option. Ordered items, 14-days later had to call customer services as no sign of the delivery! Only then did they say, oops sorry we've had a 'glitch' in our system and didn't send the courier the parcel! I thought no problem, the shoe is still available in my correct size...but at a higher price! Was told you'll have to order again...but at higher price!

I ordered Puma sneakers. They were delivered very fast, well packaged and in perfect condition. Really good price too. I would buy from them again based on my experience with the company.

Har 2 par sandaler, som begge er gået i stykker. De vil have mig til at betale for at få dem lavet ved en skomager, men kun betale 100 kr. hvis det koster mere skal jeg selv betale.

Absolutely amateur. Do not use this business. Purchased my daughter shoes which she was so looking forward to, arrived today and not even the correct size I ordered. Absolute not acceptable

Köpte ett par skor som gick sönder (invändigt) efter en månads användning (piratkopia?) Skorna kostade över 700 och borde hålla ett par säsonger åtminstone. Efter ändlös mejlväxling med kundtjänst erbjuds jag 20 % rabatt på nästa köp! Nej tack till Sarenza, finns andra affärer med samma utbud och bättre ansvarstagande.

Reasonable prices, nice selection - everything is made for any capricious shopper! Will order soon again!

I bought shoes. They made my toes bleed. I send photos of my bleeding toes. They said they are a French company and it is French Law that they have to have a medical certificate to take the shoes back. This would waste NHS time, taxpayer money, as well as my time. The shoes are horrible!

Har nyligen köpt sandaler från Sarenza. De är helt OK. Snabb leverans, genom Postnord hos en postombud. Man kan betala nu med Klarna efter det att paketet ankommer. Exakt vad som jag har beställt och förväntat kvalitet. Jag rekommenderar.

I ordered a pair of trainers. The order came quickly, well packed and the shoes was exactly as expected. Overall excellent experience and will buy again.

i never made an order from this company but they somehow got my info and charged my card. Now i am in dispute for 80.00 usd. which i doubt i will see again. THEY ARE OUTRIGHT SCAMMERS AND CAN GET YOUR INFO THROUGH FACEBOOK ADS!!!

Taken close to 4 MONTHS to get a refund - I still have not received it. No real ownership of the problem and no real feedback on how long it will take to be dealt with. Email trail between Sarenza and myself must be a mile long now. Very disappointing as I used to rate this online store very highly and never thought a normal return would be such a hassle.

Man får inte handla mot faktura om man har gjort returer förut. Väldigt dålig stil. Hur ska man kunna veta om skorna passar innan man provat dom?

The WORST company I have ever come across, their cutomer services advsiors are rude and unhelpful, their refund policy is absolutley diabolical. I had to order three times from this company to resolve issues that were no fault of mine, the first pair of shoes delivered were the wrong colour from the website descriptiom due to an error on the system, the second pair were faulty and unaccepatable. I then had to order a third pair in a different shoe and these arrived the wrong size, but in the right sized box which they then then implied wasnt their fault but other customers for putting them in a different box however they said all there paircels are checked before delivery, with no aplogy! Everytime the order arrived wrong the told me I had to pay for another pair as they didnt have an exchange policy. I ordered next day delivery on every occasion as I was going on holiday and none of them arrived next day infact they took 5 days to arrive. By then end of the two weeks this took I still had no resolve and was hundreds of pounds down after I had to foot the bill for each mistake and wait for the refund. NEVER again will I order from this company, and I wish they took some more pride in their customer service procedure to resolve issues. The only way I found I could get a response was through facebook rather than directly via email. ANYWAY I urge anyone not to waste their own money with this rididiculous company. I happily ordered the shoes from another company Zalando who had them to me next day in the right size with no faults.

I have never seen such bad customer service. I have emailed many times and no response. I call up and finally get an appology. Then I send further emails and no response. Called them back up to be sent to a manger. This is all over a parcel that was apparently left in my porch. I don't have a porch but what I do have is cameras that's shows no one was their nor did anyone attend the property. Their internal regulations are terrible.

I been fighting for a refund for non delivery for 6 weeks now. When I called no appology this time just plain dam right rude.

I won't go on any more as this could end up as an essay but plain and simple if you buy from these then it's your fault as their is enough warnings. Don't be like me and think they have changed as I was an idiot and they certainly haven't!!

I am amazed to see bad reviews here as this does not match my experience at all. I've ordered lots of times and had fab service. Even once, they sent me the wrong shoes, they were extremely apologetic, sent a courier to collect them the next day, gave me a refund and a goodwill voucher of £10 pounds and 30% off my next purchase. I wouldn't buy shoes any other way now as the range and prices on Sarenza are unbeatable and it sure beats flogging around the shops. Perhaps they've learned customer service lessons! I highly recommend.

Woeful. Ordered shoes with next day delivery. After 2 weeks they were never delivered. No email from company. No refund.

Products were OK. Delivery was a bit slow. Return process was faulty so I did not get all necessary labels to return the package. Contact by phone was impossible because of so many phone calls. At least, that is what an automated voice told me. Sending an email only got me an automated reply that said it would take days for them to even answer.
