Been using savvy for a month now, love it. still learning all of what it has to offer there is so many features. the online support is very fast as well!

Been using Savvy for a year now and it has definitely made my life easier, thanks to the automated messages i rarely get no shows. Before using Savvy i used a diary and was always double booking but this is no longer an issue. would definitely recommend !!

Seamless experience, wish I had found them years ago

I have been using Savvy Pet Spa for three years now and I can say they have made my life so much easier. Using the system motivated me to be better organised, and make sure my clients block book their appointments. Now over 95% of clients block book, which means I can use the reports to help me know where I am financially, enabling me to produce up to date reports, see true financial forecasts, so I can plan ahead and continually grow my business.

We trialed a few different options and chose Savvy Pet Spa. It has grown a lot over the last few years and previous teething problems have been dealt with and processes and features are constantly being updated. It can sometimes feel overcomplicated and that features are wasted if you are only using it basically but the opportuinty to utilise a variety of tools to help streamline your business is there. The team are always helpful and reponsive and open to suggestions for features or better processses. I would defiately reccommend a free trial to see if it fits your needs.

Savvy is an excellent service designed to help streamline your business in a manageable and affordable way, it allows a more hands off approach to dealing with appointments.

Before we had to deal with numerous calls and texts to manage appointments which was overwhelming but now thanks to Savvy that is a thing of the past, the booking system has been a revelation for us, thank you!

Bit glitchy and needs a bit of redefining. the ideas and concepts are great, but ease if use needs simplifying and making more user friendly.

I spoke with 4 different software providers for my dog grooming salon and i found Savvy pet to be the really detailed and easy to use, they have a Facebook group with other users that help each other and a live chat service in the app/website where you can ask technical questions. Very friendly and responsive team. A special mention (Jess is super supportive and goes above and beyond)

Savvy are a fast and efficient only booking platform.
They are always on hand should anything go wrong and are always available to take on board any feedback and adapt the platform to suit the ever growing demands of the changing world.

Takes a little bit of working out if your not used to using booking software but has plenty of helpful features to make our job easier. Worth using the free trial and having a play around with it. I trialed a few but came back to savvypetspa

I have been using Savvy Pet Spa (extra package) for a year now and I absolutely love it! I spent a long time researching various software to assist me with my bookings as I am a lone groomer and don’t always get chance to grab the phone. It’s so easy to set-up and use and my customers love the fact they can book online 24/7. There’s no need for paper records, everything is online which I love! The best part is the customer service. Whenever I have an issue, live chat is there and practically respond immediately! They listen to their customers and always updating with new and useful features. Thank you Savvy for providing such a great software! Keep up the great work!
