Easy to use, I like that you can change anything you need to.
Detailed record cards, reminders, 'your dog is ready' and sorry you missed your appointment texts all sent at the click of the mouse make running the salon much more efficient.

I have been using Savvy for about 3 months now. I am extremely happy with how user friendly it is, it has made my life so much easier and streamlined my business. I no longer have to sit and manually send out text reminders for the next days appointments, Savvy does this for me. As a mobile groomer having the ability to use the appointment to direct me via maps to my next appointment is invaluable. This allows me to book appointments instantly with my clients, no time wasting and can repeat their bookings for as long as they want to. Brilliant system, love it, have already recommended to another groomer friend!

We have been using Savvy for almost a year - it has been a godsend - the daily diary and record system is great and easy to use for all our staff - groomers and assistants. the mobile app has been particularly useful for us during covid. The helpline has always responded promptly

I am not very technically minded but this is easy to use. I am a 1-1 groomer and it suits me well. Savvy are always very quick to respond and fix any issues that arise. Love it.

I’m not very adept at tech . And have shied away from these apps before , but decided to have a free trial and haven’t looked back . We have 3 groomers so it’s a great way for us all to have immediate access to bookings wherever we are . It’s easy to use and the support is second to none . They also constantly keep updating with requested add ones from users.

Been using Savvy since September 2021, wouldnt use anyone else. Both us and the customers love the features of the app. Getting reminders, pet profile, discount, email updates etc. Can't wait to see what happens with the app.

We have been using Savvy in our salon for the past two years and definitely could not look back. We went from a paper diary to savvy as our customer base increased and we needed help! Now everything is in one place, the online booking feature is a life saver and taking deposits when booking has reduced the last minute cancellations and no shows dramatically! The staff are so lovely and try their best every time if you need help. We have had a few glitches and technical issues, BUT once reported the developers sort them asap and are always open to feedback! Game changer for a busy dog grooming business.
