Saxons sold our property so quickly, a big thank you to Ryan and Hannah you were both professional ,great communication , outstanding, I would highly recommend Saxons they are the best in Weston Super Mare.

We have sold and bought properties through Saxons in the same chain. From valuation, viewings & the sale/buying process we found Saxons helpful.
Hannah helped us achieve a sales price for our property that helped enable the purchase we made. Lisa in particular was also helpful with the sales progression process, chasing buyers/sellers & solicitors in the chain to get get to completion.

This sales conveyance is the second one with Saxons in the last 12 months so that says something for a start.
The valuation and sales team are very proactive with an honest and genuine view on what I should really expect to achieve with an asking price Target.
Viewings came along quickly with feedback soon after ( Good & not so good ) thats what a seller needs to know.
Once the sale is underway the sales progress team kept me well informed and nearing the end they were extremely helpful and Lisa made a great effort to bring it to completion.

We were happy with the service provided by the team at Saxons. From our initial contact with Ryan, who valued our property to the progressions team Ashley, Shay and Debbie. All were very polite, efficient and professional.

Saxons have been amazing, we had Ryan showed us around our new purchase . All the questions we had he answered with ease. We liked that he did his research (that certainly helps) . And then we had Sam who helped us with many a phone to agree a price . Overall a pleasant experience would highly recommend

Poor communication and awful experience with Saxons. Our estate has recently been taken over by Saxons and they have ramped up our prices for residential maintenance to almost double the previous companies amount with very little details on why the price has risen. No opportunity to dispute this amount, we are just expected to pay it or face legal action. Awful customer service!

From the initail visit to finalisation we could not have asked for a better service.
Ryan, Sam and the team were par excellant.
From measurements to photographs a clear and precise broucher was produced.
Within 5 days we had four viewings of which two offers were made.
A polite auction was conducted and we received 95% of our asking price.
From there on the back-room team took over with conveyancing etc. and smoothed the path of the one or two hiccups.
We could not have asked for more.

Saxons have looked after my flat for last eight years and they make sure everything is kept up to date and the tenants are happy if there is any problems they contact me straight away and we get the problem sorted as they have a maintenance team that can sort out any problems. I Could not ask for a better service.

I’ve had nothing but a good experience with Saxons all around lovely people I’ve been private renting for over 5 years now and couldn’t have done it without Matt Sophia and Chloe very lovely people and always happy to help with any troubles! Very quick to sort out any issues within a rented property and solve problems as soon as mentioned to them, ive never personally had any problems with Saxons and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to private rent especially the above people I have mentioned as they are absolutely fantastic! One of Saxons agent or employee, Miss Lana Outhwait, working at Saxons which was the one who showed me the flat I want to rent, she was very kind and polite and she did her best to guide me and givie me an honest advice and she was so friendly, I really appreciate her kind care

Had a Viewing of a property freshly cleaned ( apparently to take my eyes ) , mold was present in the bathroom which i pointed out but was ignored completely afterwards . Eventually after just 2 weeks of moving in Mold started coming up from the walls and near the windows and a vile smell from the plumbing that is dripping constantly ( Again Ignored) . Stuck for the contract duration now but would strongly suggest keeping away from them as they are known for the worse customer experience and not fixing issues that tenants have.

Saw a property for rent with Saxons so I called to arrange a viewing. Before this could happen I had to complete a questionnaire emailed to me and they would then contact me in return to arrange the viewing.
Twelve days later they called me back!
In the meantime I'd viewed a property with another agent, passed all the relevant checks and had a moving in date all arranged within 8 days!
THEN I came across these reviews which sum up the service, glad I dodged that bullet.

We have had, so far, an utterly SHOCKING and ABYSMAL experience with this estate agent since they took over property management (only 4 months ago). Their operations are nothing short of CHAOTIC, DISORGANISED, and INCOMPETENT.

They are completely unprofessional – never getting back to you, never following up on issues, and leaving tenants in the lurch. Communication is practically NON-EXISTENT, and their approach to customer service is appallingly poor.

They have NO emergency service during weekends – just an automated phone line instructing you to leave a voicemail with the vague promise that “someone” will get back to you ASAP. In reality? You’re left waiting until the next working day (if not longer). Even then, NOBODY follows up properly – we waited over 5 days for a response to an urgent issue! During the week (and only if you’re persistent enough to get through during working hours), you might speak to someone who will reluctantly pass your issue onto one of their contractors. These contractors are often unqualified and unreliable, visiting repeatedly without resolving the problem. Repairs are bodged together at best, dragging out what should be straightforward fixes.

The quality of their so-called “repairs” is SHOCKINGLY POOR. It feels as though they actively work with tradespeople who lack basic skills or professionalism. Simple maintenance tasks turn into long, frustrating sagas of excuses and substandard work. On top of this, the staff often adopt a dismissive attitude or imply they “know better,” which only adds to the frustration. It’s painfully clear they have NO REGARD for their tenants’ wellbeing or the properties they manage.

On one occasion, they told us it was “the tenants’ responsibility to ensure nothing goes wrong and look after the property accordingly.” This was in response to a situation where we were left dealing with a tap stuck in the open position for 12 hours, requiring us to manually empty the sink repeatedly. On another occasion, when we reported a blocked drain, they again shifted blame onto us as tenants rather than addressing the issue promptly or professionally.

Now, you can judge for yourself what type of “property management” this is…

If you think this review is exaggerated or unfair, let me assure you that ALL OF THE ABOVE aligns with countless other reviews and feedback from equally frustrated tenants and landlords across various platforms. Their reputation speaks volumes – unfortunately not in a positive way.

If you value your time, sanity, or property, STEER W E L L CLEAR OF THESE AMATEURS! Every single interaction we’ve had with them has confirmed that they are a complete disgrace to property management.

They were offering a house for sale and repeatedly assured me that the owner would 100% sell as soon as they found a new property for themselves. I decided to proceed with the purchase and patiently waited. The mortgage was approved, I completed full searches, and after 4 months, I received an email stating that the owner was backing out and not selling the house. I lost £850 and 4 months of time. Additionally, there was a complete lack of respect for the customer, extremely poor communication, and failure to reply to emails. I felt like an enemy throughout the process. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on anyone when buying a home.

Very professional, effective, efficient and friendly staff managed my house sale in Haywood village kept me well informed will definitely use them again in future and can only recommend to people

Although my house hasn’t sold yet, my experience with Saxons is great! They communicate well and keep me in the loop with everything. They are very professional and helpful. Particular shout outs to Ryan and Hannah. Couldn’t recommend Saxons enough!

My house has sold now and we have purchased through Saxons. Everyone has been committed to pushing it all through and have always been at the end of the phone. We complete this week and we couldn’t be happier

Would not recommend at all. Poor communication. Poor record keeping. Poor financial management. Poor service. Never any money available regardless of what's paid in. Don't fulfil the contracted requirements but apply additional charges for 'admin' whenever it suits them without any notice or authorisation.

Update to response: independent accountant reviewed financial documents (incomplete) supplied by Saxons - they confirmed mismanagement of finances. The data supports the original review.
