Scalahosting was easy to implement. They assisted with migrating my old email accounts. I can not be more satisfied with the company and its services. Their customer service has been equally satisfactory. So far so good!

I have to be honest
I have to be honest, since their customer support was always nice to me I have tried very hard to avoid leaving a negative review for their poor hosting service.
But on top of that, today I realized they just tried to (unsuccesfully because the company card was terminated) charge our account for another year, when we had already canceled the service 7-8 or maybe 12 months ago.
Slowest servers we have ever tried as we had to go back to the previous provider (Fastcomet), not to mention the uncountable times our website went down because of their unstable server.

Brilliant hosting with great support
Scala hosting have been brilliant! I've been using them for a number of months now and their service has been great. Not only that, their support is brilliant and where they really standout. I've used them a number of times for various support queries (not issues with their hosting, but technical queries) and help on other various things, and they're always quick to respond and provide a solution.

Fast, reliable, and excellent customer service. When you encounter a technical issue on your site (we use PrestaShop), they are helpful in providing solutions even when things crash following a PrestaShop upgrade. Or, if you get stuck while configuring Cloudflare or similar services, Scala always responds very quickly. Switching to ScalaHosting is one of the smartest decisions I’ve made.
