Dette firma er et utroværdigt foretagende. Sender varer der ikke virker som annonceret. Efter min anmodning om er returlabel afviste de at sende en. De ville heller ikke refundere det betalte beløb men tilbød en refusion på 9 USD (ud af en pris på 54 USD). Der er nu gået 17 dage og refusioner er ikke indsat på min konto. Jeg må derfor betragte dette firma som et rent svindel foretagende. Betal 54 USD. Få 9 USD i refusion. Deres “fortjeneste” = 45 USD. Refusionen er d.d. 23.02.2026 endnu ikke indsat på min konto.

I bought shoes online. I waited a long time for the arrival. Before rceiving the marchandise I was contacted by the "local trasport enterprise" of Scanshifte who had the trakking number. They asked me for money of my credit card. This "local entreprise is fake. The shoes arrived by the post but I did not want to receive them, I was so afraid of the fraud I was victim. Since then, scanshifte has refused to refund my money. Today, months after the fraud, I was contacted by the same fake local enterprise! I assume scanshifte is also fake. Does any authority in the US can act against these frauds?

total scammers, take you money never send a parcel but claim they have and that's its been delivered then say its your responsibly to sort, have reported to authorities shouldn't be allowed to get away with it

Ordered Waterproof & Shock Resistant Walkie-Talkies. Paid with credit card, $67.41 actual charge on my account was $81.41. DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE ADDITIONAL MONEY! Two months waiting on items, bogus shipping information sent - more lies of origination and finally get one that says it was delivered. MORE LIES! Security cameras showed NO DELIVERY. Post office had no record of a delivery nor was the shipping information valid as stated on the bogus email I got said it was delivered on 12/20/2024 and yet the shipping documents stated it was still at Clorado (their spelling) on 12/24/2024 awaiting transit. Company doesn't respond to communication. CON/SCAM FOR REAL!!!

This was almost the worst experience I have had buying something. I ordered the translation earbuds but was sent a cheap earbud that has quit working now. Customer service is at best a joke. This company will rip you off.

This is a SCAM! I ordered a product from this company. Approximately 8 weeks later I received a package with a 20 cent trinket bracelet in it. I thought this was just some type of advertising ploy and threw it away. After contacting the company and asking when my product was going to be delivered, I was told that it was. Apparently the trinket was what they showed as being my product . The rude lady in China that I was dealing with (Emily) kept demanding that I send her a picture of the discarded bracelet. Several times I told her that that was a piece of junk and I thought it was just some promo from them that I threw away. Several times she insisted on a picture of this, even after repeated explanations of where it ended up. With each email she got ruder and ruder. This company is a SCAM!! BUYER BEWARE!!

The biggest crooks in China. I got Screwed and so will you. Purely crooks, Thief’s. They’ll ride their thievery as long as they can and then change their . Com with a new lie and theft procedure. That’s how the crooks work in China BUY FROM ANAZON. THEY STAY BY THEIR PURCHASES.

They advertise "sold as a set" and we're talking about walkie-talkie, and what I received just one device. And when contacting the company, and enjoy reading the most ridiculous replies as shown below:

your order, please do ask me for the exact address. DO NOT RETURN IT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE
WAYBILL, otherwise refund will not be supported.

My walkie-talkie works less than a quarter mile away what is wrong!!!

Save your money folks. Figured I'd buy these for hunting and was very pessimistic that these would actually work as advertised but figured they would at least work for short distances. Out of the package looked like convenient size for my gear. Better off buying radios from a toy store.

Well I like most people, I've been conned, I ordered a pair of walkie Talkies, only one turned up, it has a US plug on the charger, so without me changing the plug it's useless, I should of read up on here 1st, I spose it's that old addage if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is, I've complained and asked for returns slip and full refund, I doubt I'll hear back

Ordered 4 received 2 in 7 weeks have been emailing them since keep getting run around use caution you might not get what you ordered the half of my order I got looked high quality but service is weak at best I’ll be contacting PayPal about this company

Like many others, only received i in my purchase and after reading other reviews, have decided not to pursue. Another SCAM lesson learned.

A two pack of walkie talkies that were advertised as being able to transmit Nationwide. The price was just under $50. It took me almost 6 weeks to receive them and the package arrived with only one unit in it. I then had to send them a photograph of the package I received and the contents in it and they verified that yes they had made"a mistake"and they did ship me a second unit which took another two and a half weeks to arrive. These are not Nationwide walkie talkies. They're not POC walkie talkies in any stretch of the imagination. Their VHF walkie talkies with a fair little battery but not much range because of the inept small antenna that isn't tuned properly for VHF radio. A waste of money and time.

I ordered a 2 pack of walkie talkies and only received 1 walkie talkie

It is a scam, best thing to do is call your bank and see if you can get your money back. This product range is not more than 100 meters.

Scanshifte.com was selling a TWO Walkie-Talkie set and you only receive one. Then they tell you that you must of lost the parcel and keep looking for it.
They are a bait an switch operation!

1 Month later I had opend a Case with PayPal and this issue was resolved. They finally sent me the second Walkie_Talkie.

I think I may been scammed by Scan-Shifte- USA. It has been almost 6 weeks since ordering two sets of Walkie-Talkies and their “tracking app” is having “issues”. Customer Service response appears to be a “canned” pre-prepared response. I’ll give it another week before I approach my bank to reverse charges.
