We’re really sorry that your first experience with us has been a disappointing one, receiving a damaged gift set and then struggling to get clear support is absolutely not the standard we aim for. You should have been helped properly the first time.

Our team usually asks follow-up questions so we can investigate and replace or refund an item quickly, but your ticket shouldn’t have been closed before your issue was resolved, and we apologise for that.

with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will prioritise this to either replace the item or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
