Nach einer längeren Pause wollte ich wieder in meinen Account (In-Game-Name: Michelle) – und stehe vor einer grundlosen, automatisierten Sperre! 🛑 Ein absoluter Witz nach über 2 Jahren Inaktivität!
Aber der eigentliche Skandal kommt erst beim Support-Versuch:
❌ Der In-Game-Bot blockiert jede menschliche Hilfe.
❌ Eure offiziellen Support-Mails (⁠dpo@⁠) wurden einfach abgeschaltet (Delivery Failure!).
❌ Euer offizielles Datenschutz-Formular auf der Website ist fehlerhaft – Monopoly GO fehlt dort komplett in der Auswahlliste! 🤦‍♀️
Ihr verbarrikadiert euch digital, um bloß keine Spieler-Anfragen bearbeiten zu müssen? Nicht mit mir! Eine formelle DSGVO-Beschwerde nach Art. 22 und Art. 15 liegt bereits direkt auf dem Tisch eurer Rechtsabteilung (⁠legal@scopely. – inklusive der Ticket-ID aus eurem System! ⚖️ Die 30-Tage-Frist läuft!

I have been unable to continue playing ScrabbleGo. Adverts appeared on screen which could not be deleted, I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and may get a couple of games before the same thing occurs. I have been given at least two new player names, all my contacts and match history have been deleted and my complaints to Scopely have been met with unhelpful replies, Bitterly disappointed, as are the friends I played with for several years.

My account on Monopoly Go! was suspended the first time about 5 days ago. It was indicated that I violated their Terms of Service. They investigated and found that there was no reason for the Suspension and supposedly removed the suspension from my account, but the message kept popping up. Everything was fine until last night when the message popped up again. I am a 66 year old retiree and this was the only game I wanted to play. I made friends, joined partner events, bought packages through the In-apps and the Tycoon Club. Now all that has been destroyed by this very bad experience. I learned that Scopely is not even on the BBB site. THIS IS A SHAM and has implications that they do not care about their players.

They suspended my account. There was 0 reason to do so as I dont use any cheats or 3rd party apps. When I tried to get a supervisor or a reason was basically told too bad so sad. I have spent 100s with them. They dont care about their players. I also provided proof it was a glitch on their end and they still refused to do anything.

They are scammers as well and they're working with tap Joy in there are not paying out rewards but they're taking your money that you're put into the game and they lie and say the rewarding you a certain amount and don't do not play Monopoly to go do not support this game I don't care how exciting and look how fun it looks all it is is taking your money and consuming your time and energy for nothing

Vil helst ikke give stjerne for service. Med mindre det er minus skala på 10 så havde i fået 20.Hvor er det svært at få sine rewards og terninger med til anden mobil. Det er samme accunt, har blot ændret user navn på denne mobil. Ellers er jeg samme sted mht spil. Jeg fandt den gamle mobil.og laver hotspot og kommer i tanke om (som jeg også kan se) at da i ændre det fra tickets til energy fik jeg 1300 i engery for flere hundrede tickets dårlig handle samt vinder 2 gange jackpot i træk på spin. Derfor 340 terninger som jeg ønsker overflyttet til denne mobil. Jeh har nu brugt 2 dag, aftner og nætter på service hvor de har fået foto af den anden konto, får et nr da jeg har brug for at sove så kan jeg forsætte dagen efter og igen . Kommer Ingen vegne. Hvad det hedder help for og hvorfor der går et par timer før en agent er på. For ikke at gide at læse oppe fra, nej jeg må gentage gang på gang. Imponerende stykke arbejde fra scorpelys side.

Terrible support staff - they don't read your actual problem, they close tickets without giving you a chance to confirm there is a solution. And recently it was clear from the support response that they were deliberately mocking me.
The company is anti-disability, and anti-caring responsibilities - NOT a pleasant company, and they don't employ pleasant people.

Der Support ist unter jeder Kritik, Bugs und Lags die seit Monaten bekannt sind werden nicht behoben. Jedes Monat gibt es neuen Content, der nicht funktioniert. Das einzige Ziel von Scopely ist, den Spielern das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen, die Spieler die durch Bugs und Lags gefrustet werden, sind Scopely egal. Normalerweise sollte es Minussterne in der Bewertung geben.

Beim Wechsel auf ein neues Smartphone konnte mein Star Trek fleet command Spiel mit Stufe 55 wieder nicht geladen werden. Ich bin wieder auf Stufe 1. Und das nach über 3 Jahren Spielzeit.

In Scrabble Go, I could put up with the odd advert but now the ads are constant and take over your phone. I deleted cache and stored data, did a restart and all was good. As soon as I relaunched Scrabble Go, the deluge restarted. They do not vet adverts and do not respond to reports or take positive action. The previous Scrabble they bought out was great, they have ruined by favourite game.

Bugs sind übermässig uind werden so gut wie garnicht behoben . Anti Cheat gibt es auch nicht , Bot user werden nicht verfolgt solange das payment stimmt . Support ist unterirrdisch wo man meist mit KI generierten Antowrten abgewieglt wird . Wenn man dann mal das Glück hat einen menschlichen supporter zu erreichen varieren die Modis massiv von mega Kullant bis arrogant und vernichtend. Fazit absolut Kundenunferundliche Abzocke obwohl das Spiel an sich gutes Potential hat

Not really sure where to start really, the last 6 months Greed has finally come to fruition today, First they pandered to the cry babys and messed up incursions one of the most enjoyable aspects of the game, then the second alliance activity Alliance tournament has literally been pulled out of Alliances hands and you will only compete and score the big points if you spend on average £300 per 20k task, Greed Greed Greed, they bang on about quality of life improvements, when alls their interested in is fleecing every penny

Scopely is perfect in case you want to experience shameless corporate greed without any regard for customer satisfaction in combination with mindboggling incompetence on the development side.

Star Trek Fleet Command: Alles ist nur noch auf Geld ausgerichtet. Die Meinungen der Spieler werden komplett ignoriert. Ehemals gute Spielinhalte werden generft und auf Geldmacherei umgemünzt. Plus enorme Bugs und Lags, die mit jedem Update mehr werden.
Seit sie Pokemon Go übernommen haben, sieht es dort genauso aus.
Scopely verdient, dass sie pleite gehen, für die Katastrophe, die sie abliefern.

STFC is a joke. Game is full bugs and if you want to play you pay premium.. issues are not fixed and new bugs added. If you voice too much concern on their discord you just get mute banned for days. People should stop funding them with their ridiculous priced content and $copay needs to fix their games first before adding new paid content just to get people more addicted and lose money on pixels.

Absolutely the worst company ever. Don't play star fleet command.

Ships marketed as game-changers, deliberately locked behind further paid upgrades to be functional at high level. At Ops 71, I have seen this escalate year after year, with no sign of restraint. This is not a monetization model — it is an extraction operation targeting dedicated players.

The technical state of this game is an embarrassment. Crippling lag. Bugs reported years ago, still present today. A UI so clunky it feels like it was never tested by an actual human being. For a game charging $100 per pack, the baseline quality on offer is indefensible. No patch cycle, no transparency, no accountability — just new monetization on top of an unresolved mess.

Scopely's support is not slow — it is absent. Community Managers openly dismiss player concerns on Discord. Legitimate bug reports go unanswered for months. Feedback submitted through official channels evaporates without acknowledgment. Three years of engagement from this community, met with silence and contempt.

Instead of fixing the game, Scopely produces short films. Self-congratulatory videos celebrating their own "achievements." Cosmetic skins nobody asked for. Meanwhile, features begged for by the community for years — G5 scrapping, a simple Faction Claim All — remain awful or absent. The message is clear: player money funds Scopely's vanity projects, not the product players paid for.

Even the whales are leaving. When the biggest spenders — the players who kept this game's economy alive — start walking out, you know the situation has become beyond repair. The exodus is real, visible, and entirely self-inflicted by Scopely's choices.

And I don't even mention the fact that some items are in sales for years and cannot be upgraded as they're sold. This is fraud in every way.

I deleted my account at Ops 71 after thousands of hours and hundreds of dollars invested. Not out of frustration with difficulty — out of the clear-eyed recognition that this company does not respect the people who fund it. Save your time. Save your money. Do not make the mistake I made.

They only care about making as much money as possible from their players while constantly ignoring game issues and consistent lag.

Currently they are doing nothing to improve the gaming experience in their game, particularly in Star Trek Fleet Command were they constantly keeps adding more and more features that destroys gameplay by adding more bugs and more lag all the time! Introducing more and more moneypits and other ways of having you spend money but getting an even worse experience each time.
