I returned to World of Tanks after almost a decade and spent about $15 on the AMX 13 57F. I thought I had researched it enough, but it performed far worse than I expected. I struggled to penetrate opponents and deal damage, making it a frustrating purchase.

I contacted support and asked for a refund, an exchange, or gold credit in return for removing the tank. All three options were refused because I had used it in battle.

After going back and forth for a couple of days, I asked for a supervisor review. I was told the request could not be escalated.

Their alternatives were to sell the tank for in-game credits or wait for a trade-in event, which would give me half its gold value toward another eligible tank, with the remaining balance payable in gold.

The $15 is not the main issue. It’s the lack of flexibility and the refusal to allow further review. As a returning player who wanted to enjoy the game again, I came away feeling that keeping me as a customer did not matter.

I still love the game, but this experience has ended my willingness to spend more money on it.

This game is biggest piece of Bullshit. 1. The community is not friendly. Everyserver feels like hell. Every player keep bullying innocent Player. 2. THE COMPANY. The company is so greedy I spent almost a 400 gold in Obj252k or what tank is that. I didn't even get a single good Buster. I hope wargaming listened to us pls fix this community.

So I recently bought objects or loot boxes during the last stand event. I opened them and the extra boxes inside a box you get were missing. I contacted the support team because that is the only option I have knowing they are awful. They refused to compensate me even changing what they said there in game log said after I proved them wrong with a screenshot. It’s straight up fraud. I would have gotten at a minimum a 60 dollar tank but probably way more. I was 9 boxes away from a free tank and I was miss way more than that. I could have gotten many tanks in those missing boxes. Maybe I should consult a lawyer.

Love the game but the support team are utterly useless. Waiting for a little over 48 hours and still no resolution to not getting the product I used 6,000 gold for... wonder how much longer it will take. Our last chat was nearly 30 hours ago and I've had no response or update. What a shambles

I have been a long-time World of Tanks player and invested both time and money into my account.

My account was sanctioned for allegedly participating in a “rigged battle,” even though I was not the initiator and entered it randomly. Other players in the same battle caused the situation, but some were not punished at all.

Support refused to review my replay or screenshots, provided no real evidence, and repeatedly gave template responses. Discussions were closed automatically, and there was no fair appeal process.

The rollback procedure also caused me to lose paid services (Premium Account, WoT Plus, Battle Pass rewards) with no compensation offered.

This experience shows a complete lack of fairness, transparency, and meaningful human review. Some players are banned, others are not, even when they participated in the same rigged battles. It is deeply disappointing for a company of this size.

Contacting support is horrible and they direct you to X or discord(community support).

1. The support is non existent. It's like talking to a badly trained monkey's that ONLY have pre configured answers. Even AI is better than those guys...
2. Game is full of bugs, servers work like they are Vodka powered. Yet, the company is NOT doing anything about it.
3. Every updated, they managed to screw something new up....

It is just beyond me how a multi million $$$ company can be this delusional and stupid...

I’ve been playing WoTB for 11 years, plus a few of the others. The games, on the whole, are good. The way WG have monetised them should be illegal. People complain about EA or Activision/Blizzard etc. they are rank amateurs when compared to WG.

I have been a loyal player who has enjoyed playing World of Tanks for 11 years. However, recent developments have deeply disappointed me, as the game has increasingly shifted towards a “pay-to-win” model, putting dedicated players like myself at a disadvantage.

Without a premium account, players are placed at a significant disadvantage during matches. In 7 out of my last 8 battles, I was systematically assigned to weaker teams, while the opposing teams had players with high WN7 ratings, and my team consisted mostly of inexperienced and low-level players. I do not believe this is a coincidence; rather, it appears to be a deliberate tactic to push players towards purchasing a premium account.

The matchmaking system is no longer fair. Your game has ceased to be enjoyable for long-time, committed players. This imbalance and commercial pressure will eventually lead you to lose your loyal player base.

It is unacceptable for your game to become so commercialized and unfair towards its players. I request that you investigate this issue and take steps to fix this unjust system. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to file complaints on relevant platforms and bring this matter to the attention of consumer protection authorities.

They are running an illegal casino selling loot boxes. If you play their games, prepare to be ripped off, cheated and lied to all the time.

When my accounts from different regions were consolidated per WG's recommendation, my Steam account was unlinked. I have not received a response to my ticket about this for over 2 days.

Console world of tanks 2025 rampant cheating of teams throwing the game.
Always the same result white washed or annihilated. Enemy teams only losing three tanks.
Players spamming premium ammo with zero standard ammo from the start of the game.
Wargaming trashing the game adding toxic tanks that should not be in WWII.
Seems like the tanks I own have been nurfed 50% of power they should have, not a single round penertraded enemy tanks all day is this a ploy by wargaming to get you to buy premium ammo all the time, well if this is the new tactic then you can shove the game where the sun doesn’t shine.

Ich hatte nicht genug Dublonen um den zu kaufen, dan wollten mir ein Paar nette Leute helfen, allein da war schon das Problem mit dieser arroganten Firma. Unnötig kompliziert, das mir die Leute jahr keine Dublonen schenken konnten, nachdem wir sie ausgetrickst haben, indem sie mir den Kaufcode einafch auf Discord geschickt haben, damit ich die Dublonen selber kaufen kann, wollte ich den Pass kaufen. Das geht nicht, weil die **** eines Unternehmens dumme EInstellungen haben, obwohl sie ja wollen, das man das Geld für sie aus dem Fenster wirft. Und dan nehmen sie einem die Möglichkeit weg, sein Konto so einzustellen, das man sein Geld aus dem Fenster werfen kann. Ich Hasse dieses Unternehmen und empfehle es NIEMANDEM!!!!

You’ve made this game completely unplayable with your latest update which included tank T249… what was going through your heads when you let that actually make it to the game… you’re ruining what was a fun semi-realistic game… DO BETTER

This was a good game. Then aircraft carriers showed up. They can now can delete destroyers in one fell swoop. Not exactly the WWII era that this game used to be. So sad.
