Pas sûr non plus qu’il n’y ait pas d’erreur dans le décompte de fin de partie « Machin a joué la dernière tuile » alors que vous venez de finir!

How do they still have a licence they milk every penny they can get from you and if you complain about them you are treated like crap

I play Scopely's Star Trek Fleet Command and have done for about 18 months. This game, although mildly entertaining, is solely aimed at getting as much money from you as possible over an extended period of time. It is impossible to play this "free to play" game competitively and you will be forced to spend exorbitant amount of cash to improve your chances of success, unless you are content with everyone killing you all the time. It is full of bugs and you have to restart the game very, very frequently, which is bad if you are in the middle of a fight or selecting options in menu. The bugs make the game very frustrating to play and if you complain to Scopely they still do very little to help. Today, for me, the game bugged out on a ship menu and when I restarted 15million Latinum resources had been spent that I did not want spending. I contacted Scopely and it was a waste of time. Customer services, I use that term loosely, said there was nothing they could do and then shut down my complaint ticket.
If you still decide to play STFC, you better have deep pockets because they will fleece you big time with inflated prices on add ons etc. My advice is avoid like the plague. I will never get another Scopely game in my life.

Scopely encourages bullying. If you are sexually harassed, called homophobic or racist names and file a complaint, they will do nothing about it. It goes ignored and the abuse continues. All they care about is the whales who spend the money and they do the bullying. All they care about is keeping the whales happy. Had a whale compare a war with a Jewish alliance like the holocaust. People filed complaints and they did nothing about it. Why have a Terms Of Service if Scopely isn't going to enforce it? You filed a complaint, get a bot to answer and never hear anything back. They close the ticket. I am currently being bullied by the biggest alliance on our server to deactivate my account and quit because I wont bow to them and play the way they tell me to. I have been marked permanently kill on site. According to their TOS, that is bullying and keeping me from playing the game in peaceful and respective manner. I filed a complaint and asked to be transferred off the server and was told no. Star Trek Fleet command…

Scopely has ruined a great game. They have run off most the serious competent players. 90% of the players are bots/ frauds. The rest are mostly scammers and imposters

Every time you have a go it tries to force you on to addictive gambling sites :(

I had been playing happily for years. My phone made an accidental pocket purchase on a hike. They said no refund because they couldn't "claw back" the items, even if they delete the account. DO NOT download this game. It's not worth risking your $.

Worst company ever. The game is used for bullying and abuse. It’s the singularly worst game I have ever played. The management must be useless and incompetent.

A ripoff company, avoid! Very poor customer support, when contacted support they don’t address the issue just copy and paste answers, assuming they are timed on response time. Ongoing problem for 4-5 months, never fixed, just give sappy responses, finally gave up and deleted games, can’t trust them.

changing rules and rewards, then their glitches do not get fixed and they do not honor what you were suppose to get

Scopely is the worst gaming company I have ever dealt with! They are amoral bottom feeders. As a company owned by a country famous for their sponsorship of terrorism, they are no better.

mes depuis leur dernieres mise à jour j’ai que des déconnexion de mon appareil
ben croyez moi ça m’a valu une bannissement définitif
après plusieurs messages me disant qu’il sont incapable levé le bannissement ces contradictoires avec le message a l’ouverture du jeux
le sav es aussi mauvais que le côté développement du jeux avec tous leurs bug
franchement ces devenu un jeux à fuire

Service is horrible, only thing they want is money

My account was banned 3 weeks ago and I am furious about being accused of something, I didn’t do. I am contacting any and everyone I can to resolve this. I will not give up because your company has insulted me, judged me, and has treated me wrongfully. I will contact the BBB soon as well and continue with this, until it’s resolved and justice is served. I have contacted customer service in the game, many of times. I am tired of the automated system and Bots not responding to my questions. That is how I know they are Bots or automated. Just because many are cheating, doesn’t mean others are as well. In the Monopoly Go game I like to save cash up for many months. Then I will build all at once and level up quickly. I have heard from 100’s that many cheaters are building very fast as well. I am sorry but I am not a cheater and one of them. I don’t know what your game detects but it’s wrong because I didn’t cheat. I am a 44 year old male, has a house, good job, and it really upsets me that your game people are accusing me of something I am not doing. I have asked for proof of what I did wrong but not 1 customer service rep can tell me! Why is that? How can you ban me but not tell me what I did? How is this right? This is injustice and very wrong to do. I have seen many complaints of others being banned as well, that didn’t cheat. It’s sad when you got many being banned due to cheating but got players that have full time jobs, stressed out, have stuff going on, and play the game to relax and vent. Now you want to take that away from many innocent players. Now I have seen many cheaters, your Bots getting very high scores in 1st, and seen other forms of cheating. I have reported people for cheating as well. I just want justice and just want my account back. I have a group in Monopoly Go as well on Facebook. Many are waiting to see what is going on with me. Many spend lots of money on this game. Would hate for y’all to lose many players due to trashy customer service, not treating me fairly, and judging me on stuff I didn’t do. Please respond if it’s a live agent, answer my questions, and resolve this for me. It’s really upset me and just want justice, and be able to play the game again, with all my friends and family

These creators of this Monopoly go game are some greedy frauds. Their goal is to get you to buy dice and keep you from winning.

Their game is sooooo bad for pay to play. Costs extreme amounts of money to play. If you buy, they jack prices up even more. All they care about is how much money they make. Then if you open game on different device they will ban you. So if you are going to play dont ditch your device you downloaded the game on. Customer service also slow and unhelpful. I hope everyone stops playing this fraudulent game.

Horrible company! You cannot be successful at playing their games without investing a significant amount of money on in-app purchases. They also ban people from playing and revoke access to your accounts.
They don’t deserve even 1 star. Shameless!

Schade, dieses scrabble hab ich mal gern gespielt... Nun nach jedem Spielzug Werbung, die man erst nach mind.dreimal klicken weg bekommt... Da kommt mir die Spielmotivation abhanden... Nichts wie weg hier, das ist Wucher... Immer mehr Werbung nein danke
