The fact the sticker game is rigged and I got the gold card that I needed to finish my game but when I got it showed it was a different sticker but said it was new how am I going to get it without paying I will be deleting if I don’t finish my stickers

Spiele seit über 5 Jahren "The Walking Dead, Road to Survival". Seit dem letzten Update startet das Game nicht. Es kommt der Spruch in schlechtem deutsch: Das Gerät muss Speicher sein, also, intern. Man soll Speicher frei geben. Spiel gelöscht & neu installiert, aber startet nicht. Hängt beim Scopely Startbildschirm. Mit 3 S-Phones probiert. Ohne Erfolg. Update muss fehlerhaft sein. Liebe Grüße

Unethical gaming that does not provide a fair rotation of players to attack on the Go Monopoly board. One of their employees hacked into the game and hit my board 20x in a row,each hit within a minute of each other.

I took all the screenshots of one hit after another within a minute of each other 20x in a row. This is unethical and a violation of a client's right to fair gaming and privacy. Only an employee would have access to hack into the game and create such a situation. I am requesting full refunds 100% of everything I have paid to date. So far 50% got returned and another 50 to go. There are many other great games out there to play and I'm glad I play many of them. No need to waste any further time on Scopely games who hire unethical employees.

The last partner event was atrocious, they could care less. Customer service is a joke, don't bother, deleted all their games!

Worst customer service ever , don’t listen to what we have sent , send evidence and get some garbage robotic message left then close the chat ! Useless

I play Scopley's Monopoly Go. This game is nothing but a money grabbing scam. Everything in the game is rigged. Dice rolls are pre-determined, events and challenges are clearly set to give the minimum possible, and the most recent partners event has been a disaster from the start. People are paying money to complete these events and challenges and Scopely is flat out screwing people out of their hard earned cash, and cheating the playerbase due to a "glitch". I truly believe this "glitch" was them getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Shame on you!! I have no issues spending a few bucks on a game I like, but this is absurd! DONT SPEND A SINGLE CENT WITH THIS COMPANY

This game is a scam straight up. I lost 10000 dice on this rigged event. Customer Service is radio silent. Meanwhile they are posting giveaways on Facebook and not addressing the issue directly, instead they send us a "compensation" of 40 FREAKING DICE and 250 DRUMS. I cannot get into contact with anyone. How is this legal? This event "glitch" (which I am now convinced was 100% intentional) has really shown how much Scopely DOES NOT care about its users. 0 stars if possible. JUST LOOK AT ANY OF THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS, REDDIT, APP STORE PLAY STORE and even a full on Escapist article on this full on debacle.

I am so disgusted with the way. Scopely , screwed up the best game in the world, SCRABBLE. They screwed with the letters, so the dispersal is impossible without paying to change letters 6 vowels 1 consonant .??constant upheaval in the game nigerian cat fish are also a big part of this game

Wow, what a company, money grabbing company that is. They have no customer service interest what so ever, in fact they make is so difficult to log a service call they assume you will just give up. The only time you will get a response is when you have issues buying something. The ONLY recommendation I can suggest for this company is STAY CLEAR OF THEM so you don’t waste your time and money. It is the only software company I know that seems to rely on the users to perform all the testing on new update releases. You can guarantee there will be down time for any release and most of the time for the fix to the original bug. Better just to waste your time watching paint dry as it would be a lot more rewarding

This is not proper scrabble. You’re a load of rubbish. Real scrabble plays the proper game . Has a dictionary as well none of this stupid stupid gimmicks that you produce. The original scrabble that you took over from you should look at how it was designed, outlay play, and learn from it. It was the best form of scrabble. Now we have to suffer to log in via Facebook a pain! to do.

I just want to be removed from your game. I never asked you crooks to replace anything I asked for my entire existence to be eliminated. My character and everything that character gathered over time. You made that crap up. Like I'm stupid. Your game has become toxic and I no longer want any part of it. Just remove me. If you're telling me you cannot do that I say you're full of it and you are as bad and ridiculous as the people that continue to stay in it making it miserable for all. I have uninstalled and removed all elements via my programs that I can do. I will never return to shield anything. Your so-called free to play is BS when you charge for everything just to compete. It's all a Bait & Switch scam. Crooked as crooked gets. My reviews will be as negative as I can possibly make them. Facebook and everywhere else I can. You can bet on it. Scam artist. GOOD RIDDANCE!

Habe bei Problemen im Spiel nach mehreren Käufe nach zieg Chats keine Hilfe keine Rückzahlung oder Ausgleich erhalten . Bezahlen geht immer . Hilfe keine. Trotz Screenshot konnte man mein Spielerstatus finden. Man kann sich ja nicht einmal Beschweren. 1.* finde ich noch Zuviel .

Ich spiele deren Star Trek Fleet Command und das schon ein paar Jahre. Ja, auch ich habe schon einige der völlig überteuerten Pakete gekauft, da man (typisch für pay-to-win Spiele) ohne Zukauf von Inhalten nicht gegen die Mehrheit der offensichtlich geisteskranken Payer bestehen kann.
Wie schon andere hier beklagt haben, ist der sogenannte Support von Scopely das Allerletzte. Es ist völlig egal womit man den anschreibt, es kommen ausschließlich fadenscheinige Ausreden und auf das genannte Problem wird erst gar nicht eingegangen. Aktuell wurde meine Chatfunktion im Spiel für 24 Stunden gesperrt, weil ich angeblich gegen die Regeln verstoßen habe. Da ich niemanden beleidigt oder sonst etwas falsch gemacht habe, hab ich den Support daraufhin angeschrieben. Die Antwort war, dass sie offensichtlich selbst nicht wissen warum sie mich gesperrt haben und mit dazu keine Auskunft geben können oder wollen. Das ist mehr als armselig; und leider nicht das 1. Mal.
Ferner erhärtet sich mir immer mehr der Verdacht, dass Mitarbeiter von Scopely als Spieler getarnt, bei den Allianzen die am meisten Payer haben und am meisten andere drangsalieren, unterwegs sind und gezielt provozieren und drangsalieren um andere Spieler dazu zu bringen mehr Geld auszugeben um im Spiel stärker zu werden. Außerdem ist es völlig egal wie viele Spieler und wie oft diese „Maulwürfe“ melden, wenn sie im Chat beleidigen und diesen mit sinnlosen Zeichenkombinationen zuspammen. Von denen wurde noch nie einer gesperrt; immer nur andere. Natürlich würden sie, wenn es wahr ist, das ums Verrecken nicht zugeben.
Fazit: Scopely ist der letzte Dreck. Wer Fortschritt im Spiel machen will muss mindestens 500-1000€ pro Monat für Inhalte ausgeben (ein Paket kostet 100€). Der Support ist entweder ein Call center in der Walachei, wo man gar nicht weiß warum man kontaktiert wird oder aber eine bodenlose Frechheit! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

They must be the biggest scammers in the Google Play Store right now! I paid money for: "Stumble Guys 8R" and I never received the perks. I sent countless messages, emails & nothing! Stumble Guys support says that I need to resolve this with Google and Google says that I need to resolve it with developer. I feel like I am in the middle of "2 small kids" (Scopely and Google Support) that avoid any responsibility and blame the other party. I lost my money and they just ignore me! TOTAL SCAM!!!!!

GREEDY, disinterested, and didn’t care about players tried to play Star Trek Fleet Command for over a year and it got so bad I felt like I had not other option other than to delete my account and start over that is till you find out that the money you spent they in game they will not comp you in game on your purchases I have never seen that ever not to mention everything cost either 100 or 50 bucks and occasionally 20 but those are USELESS lastly be prepared for the ENDLESS GRINDJ G just to get a fraction of what you’d need steer clear of this game it is horrible and the way they will treat you is horrible hopefully they will learn but I doubt it

very very slow customer service, tried contacting them like 3 weeks ago about my lost account progress and they still havent responded.

Talk about procrastination. These workers should be fired & should have been paid nothing for the amount of care they give their players. And yet they still have a job. The CEO needs to do something because you are losing a lot of revenue because of your sh!tty customer service. Very disrespectful & people I know have lost money because of the company! Unethical & I am disappointed.

Disgusting company recently they have change the dice to determined dice so they know when your land and where they controll it as the dice is not random like they state ! They have liked and rigged the game !!! Change back to random dice or lose people with your scam
