They do what they promise and their holidays are meticulously put together so you never need to worry.

Great experience and I highly recommend! Scott Dunn Company and the lead travel advisor for Africa, Bjorn, were fantastic. Bjorn provided curated recommendations and every detail he described was accurate. And, in all cases they exceeded our expectaions. They set up and flawlessly executed the perfect trip!

The organisation of the trip was excellent, we were kept up to date, we were given several options on accommodation, restaurants etc and everything we asked for was arranged

Three truly perfect hotels, the most amazing scenery and completely unforgettable experiences on horse, zodiac, ATV and crampons! Both for parents and teenager children.

Scott Dunn never fails to put together a great itinerary. We have used them for summer beach holidays when the kids were younger, city breaks and far flung adventures with teens. We always have a great time and we always feel confident that we will get a well organised, problem free and luxurious holiday!

Amazing itinerary, fantastic accommodation and activities, a truly once in lifetime holiday

Our trip to Norway was amazing. All of our connections and transfers were perfect. Our tour guides were all very knowledgeable and outstanding guides. Our Hotel accommodations were all first class and exactly want we wanted. Julie did a great job in making sure everything was covered. We also loved the Scott Dunn app and how it helped us navigate our travel.

We recently returned from our honeymoon in Indonesia, and we can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Jess Capello Mathews at Scott Dunn. From start to finish, Jess was an absolute joy to work with. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, patiently guided us through different options—even as we changed our preferences a few times—and ultimately crafted an itinerary that was beyond anything we could have imagined.

Every hotel she recommended was spot-on and fit our vibe perfectly. The trip was seamless, thoughtful and perfectly crafted stat to finish. We unfortunately got some unseasonably rainy weather when we were down there and Jess was extremely communicative, checking in on us throughout! It was clear Jess genuinely cared about making our honeymoon unforgettable, and she absolutely succeeded. We felt so well taken care of, and it’s all thanks to her attention to detail and expertise.

We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jess (and Scott Dunn) to anyone planning a special trip. She deserves all the credit—and then some—for making our honeymoon truly perfect.

We had a very disappointing experience with Scott Dunn travel for a trip to Japan. I was very specific with what we wanted and expected - an itinerary that would work well for kids, seemless travel experience, adjoining rooms. This was all promised, however it felt like a bait and switch. Promised one thing and delivered another. Yes we take care of all transfers of luggage, yes we handle all aspects of tours, yes we can accommodate adjoining rooms, yes we will make those dinner reservations,…. Etc. when we arrived we discovered most of the promises were false. A highlight of experiences was provided to use but a final itinerary was only revealed a few days prior to trip leaving very limited time to discover problems and the itinerary often didn’t list what was left out. We discovered numerous problems once we were there. There were no adjoining rooms. Showed up to dinner reservations one night to discover they had never been made. Couldn’t see many of the highlights we had been sold on, as they told the tour guides to take us via public transportation yet didn’t figure in the extra time this would require or the fact that traveling with 9 (5 children) on an overcrowded subway during rush hour would be technically challenging. The final itinerary appeared to be one curated for adults. One day they scheduled stops at 9 shrines. That gets tedious even for adults much less kids! If we had known this ahead of time, we could have made modifications but the lack of transparency was appalling. There were a variety of other problems and to list all would be tedious but please consider other agencies when booking travel!

We wanted to work with an agent who would take care of everything. A good friend recommended Scott Dunn and we are so happy they did. As less experienced travelers who for this trip wanted help crafting an itinerary, they were particularly helpful to us. We really enjoyed everything they planned for us. The guides they arranged for us were excellent. Very nice people and very professional.

Ashely Hall was our contact here in the US. She was awesome! She had a call with us to determine our vision for our Norwegian vacation. She was able to provide feedback on different activities because she had been in country. Her experiences in Norway really helped make our vacation unforgettable! Our trip was exceptional organized with an easy to follow itinerary. Our local guides were knowledgeable and super friendly. They were also adaptable to any changes or additions that we requested to make. Our accommodations were first class. Our transfers were easy and flawless. I would highly recommend Scott Dunn for an unforgettable experience!

Travel agent, Caroline, got extremely rude with me and made me feel like a peasant when I wanted to lower our budget down for our Africa trip. Didn’t even want to work with me on shorten days or anything, just shut the conversation down. Extremely disappointed by this

The high level of customer service provided by Sabastian Gittany was nothing short of fantastic. He was efficient, responsive and pleasant to deal with and I would certainly engage his services again in future.

I've had 2 amazing trips with Scott Dunn in the past. Both on the pricey side but brilliantly organised, hassle-free and fantastic fun so no regrets. We have recently had to cancel a much anticipated trip at relatively short notice because of a family member in hospital. Millie was amazing and went above and beyond at a very difficult time for us. It is very rare for companies to be as brilliant when cancelling things and helping with that, as it is to be great when the bookings are coming in. Rare service levels which I think deserve a shout out. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
