The experience was truly delightful. I had the pleasure of visiting the Aberdeen store, and the customer service I received was truly outstanding. I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to the individual who assisted me and helped me make decisions in such a friendly manner. I apologize for not recalling their name, but I highly recommend visiting the store. You will undoubtedly be impressed by the exceptional quality and magnificent designs available there.

Great service, value and quality
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our suite will not be here till August so can't comment on that, but can't fault the in store experience. We didn't realise they weren't open until 10 but they saw us looking in the windows and opened the store for us a bit early. Above and beyond. Great selection of furniture and we found what we wanted helped along by the great staff. Very happy with the value and quality of the suite we have chosen.

I ordered a sofa along with a chair in…
I ordered a sofa along with a chair in December 2025.
I was assured several times that the both items were added to my order.
Delivery day (4 months later), only sofa was brought in and no armchair.
At the same time, 3 out of 4 legs were damaged during the delivery.
Went to the shop, I was told by the manager that there was no record of an armchair being ordered and when asked about the solution, I was told to get a new one.
The problem was (and I wasn't informed about it in December) that I ordered a discontinued line and couldn't get a matching set.
Overall, I WOULD NOT recommend ordering from Poltronesofa. I would go somewhere else if I had a choice.

I am very sorry to see that your order was not as expected when the delivery has taken place and you did not have the chair.
I can see that a new order has been placed for you and as soon as this is ready for delivery we will reach out with the first available delivery date.

Avoid Aspen 3 seater sofa
Avoid Aspen 3 seater sofa! 2 years old and the base springs have collapsed and broken off leaving sharp edges which have ripped the cushions. The sofa is now useless!
It was bought for my daughter as a gift for her new flat. I went in store to complain, was told to fill out a form via the website. They want £75 just to process the complaint. Just shocking, I will be advising everyone I know and more to avoid SCS or the now Poltronsofa like the plague!!

I hope you are well and thank you for your review.
I am very sorry that you have come across this issue with the springs.
If the furniture is more than 12 months old then an out of warranty payment would apply. This is advised in the terms and conditions of your order.
This fee will allow a technician to fully inspect your furniture and determine liability, if a manufacturing fault is found then we will rectify this at no additional cost to yourself.
I am sorry if this is not the outcome that you may have hoped for.

Waited 5 months for sofa
Waited 5 months for sofa, only got it delivered because WE chased it up weekly and said we would cancel it on the 28th day after est delivery time... There was absolutely no communication from SCS , and late delivery, we had alot of stress being told one thing to another,we will never buy from this company again. Please read the reviews before buying wish we did.
