Great welcome in store from Michael who gave us some information regarding different sofas etc before we went to browse.
We found a sofa on sale that suited us perfectly and it took just a few minutes to purchase. Michael arranged delivery date to suit us even changing the date due to my mistake. Sofa expertly delivered today by Szymon & Ray, lovely guys and no problems installing in our home!
Now we can just sit and enjoy - thank you Poltronesofa - Bromborough 😊

I received the wrong colour suite I ordered dark grey and received a light grey I was out at the time and my partner took it in and signed for it so I decided to keep it but I'm not happy about it

What i liked most about the Bromborough wirral store was that there was no hard sell and no being followed around the store. On entering the store we were approached by Aaron who gave us a quick rundown of the store and the labelling on all the furniture. He then left is alone until we had chosen the suite we wanted. He was very informative and professional and above all friendly and not pushy at all. Beautiful showroom with very relaxed atmosphere and as I mentioned no hard sell. Highly recommended.
