Top class service - friendly, polite and bang on the time promised.

The crew arrived promptly and 10mins minutes before they arrived they rang me.They were very helpful and hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. They were an excellent crew.

This is my 3rd set of sofas from SCS & I've always had the same salesman, which I'm glad about as he is very friendly & helpful.
I waited a little longer for this delivery, but things don't always go to plan & I'm thrilled to have my sofas now. They are gorgeous. The delivery men were great! Very professional & friendly.

Great service received when we went to choose our sofa. No heavy handed sales pitch, the assistant Chris was really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed :)

Absolutely amazing experience at the Leckwith store in Cardiff. All staff were helpful and friendly. Want to mention Stuart. He went above and beyond to help find us the perfect sofa. He spent all afternoon making sure we'd gone through all our options. Fantastic member of staff. Thank you.

We were left to wander round view the sofas but informed that assistance was available if needed.
There was never any pressure to buy, the service from the staff was great.

Ordered a sofa with a pre Christmas delivery, unfortunately there was a delay but SCS CARDIFF were awesome in arranging a loan sofa for the holiday period. I cannot commend the delivery crew Jayden and Nicky enough, thanks gents

I was able to find exactly the style sofa I was looking for at a reasonable price. The fabric choice for the particular sofa was quite limited and it was a problem not to be able to have a fabric sample to see in my own home and lighting. It seems crazy that you are not allowed to borrow a sample until you have already placed an order and it resulted in my having to change my order when I could see the samples at home. This could have been avoided and I could have made the right choice at the time or ordering if you provided fabric samples.
Chris, the salesman, was very helpful and easy to deal with. He is knowledgable and experienced and a good salesman in a non pushy way.
I reserve my final verdict until I actually receive my sofas, but the sale process was very good.

The store had a good atmosphere and a lot of choice. Chris was very helpful, giving us time and space to browse the store until we were ready to make a purchase. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

Absolutely rubbish ... Still waiting on my sofa... Paid cash Aug 24th, been put on hold for 300min several times been hung up on several times. Told it was arriving 27th Nov took time off then they cancelled delivery. Told it was booked in to be delivered 20th Dec and to ring back today ... My hubby was put on hold all day then once through they wouldn't speak to him and hung up. I am waiting on a call back from citizens advice and taking legal action... I'm fuming

I am writing this review based on SCS as a company, not just the store.
I have given 2 stars as the extra star is due to the service we received in Leckwith. The gentlemen was friendly and helpful and I do not have any issue with the staff in the store. However, SCS as a company is shocking! The delivery date was estimated on 29/11/24, and despite promises of 'we will keep in touch, they have not contacted us once with an update. They called us back once and could not offer any information whatsoever on where our sofa was or when it may be delivered. I find this hard to believe, as after all, if you lose a pound coin, it may be harder to find, but a sofa, someone must know where it is! Despite a couple of online forms, they have not emailed back at all and their tracking system, as useless as it is, seems to be down more than it is operational!

Russell and Simon did a first class job in delivering our new 3 piece suite, and removing our old one. They turned up on time and took great care to ensure that the new furniture was well protected during its transit from their vehicle into our home. All electrics in the new suite were fully tested at point of delivery. Great job !!

Awful company my 85 year old parents bought a sofa which was suppose to be delivered Friday. Due to this we got rid of their old one Friday morning.
By lunchtime there had been no delivery or contact from SCS so I called into the store an hours drive from my home, They confirmed it was out for delivery, however it never got delivered.
Tried tracking the order- not working
Tried ringing customer service to get a recorded message saying there was 127 minute wait! Absolutely ridiculous!
Got a call back finally to just be told we need to look into it and we will ring you back, guess what no one rang back.
Thank you SCS for leaving two elderly people with disabilities with nothing to sit on! Hope you all have a great weekend!

Was not over powering just let you look around at ease.

The sofa did take over a month to be delivered when we were told that it would be the following week. I also got told that the reason it hadn’t been delivered was because there was an outstanding balance on my account. I knew this wasn’t true and it took me a while to convince them and then they finally admitted it was an error.
However, the delivery from dai and Scott was absolutely amazing and I appreciate all they did for us !!!
