Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely. Ordered a sofa and chair and the comfort is nothing like the one we tried.. The seats are so hard it's hurting my bones and back. Had a technician round he said it was very firm. FIRM it's like sitting on concrete. Shop rung to say there was nothing they could do. About it because it was nt damaged. NO it's not but I can't sit on the thing. But they have a sale now customer after sale service is rubbish.

I am very sorry to see that you raised concerns regarding the comfort of your seat interiors.
A technician has attended and completed a full inspection including the frame and springs however no manufacturing faults were found to be present. Your furniture has been made to specification and performing as expected.
Your sofas are made with foam interiors which can be firmer to begin with however this does settle in line with use, especially over the first few months.
I am sorry that the outcome is not what you may have hoped for.

Awful quality, appalling service - AVOID
Extremely disappointed with this company. My brand-new sofa started showing significant creasing within TWO DAYS of delivery. Rather than replace a clearly unacceptable product, they sent a technician who actually used a BLOW TORCH on my brand-new sofa. Yes, you read that correctly.
The creasing is still there, and there is now also a problem with the lumbar support. Despite this, the company has simply hidden behind generic wording about “natural characteristics” and “manufacturing tolerances” to dismiss the complaint.
Even worse, the technician told me I had “no chance” of getting a replacement because the company would “lose money all the time.” That tells you everything you need to know about their attitude towards customers.
I spent a significant amount of money expecting a quality sofa. Instead, I received a sofa that looked worse than my 14-year-old previous one, followed by an outrageous repair attempt and a dismissive response.
Terrible product, terrible aftercare and a shocking attitude towards customers. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I am very sorry to see that you raised concerns with your furniture and are unhappy with the repair that was completed.
I can see that the technician used a heat gun to smooth out the creasing reported in the leather and from looking at the before and after photographs this does show to have been resolved.
If you feel that the issue is still present, and has not been rectified then you can certainly submit a new contact form to us, with up to date photographs which can be reviewed.
In regards to the Lumbar support, this was inspected however no manufacturing faults were identified by the technician.

The shop took two payments for the item. I've been waiting over two weeks for my refund which i need. Not much help from anyone. Definitely not happy with scs at all all im seriously thinking I've made a huge mistake buying my furniture from ther if I owed scs the money it would be a very different story. Not happy with the service 😒
