We was told in the shop when ordering the two chairs they would be 8-10 weeks delivery. After 10 weeks contacted the store to say someone would call me which never happened but I received a text to say my furniture was being delivered only to find out it was one chair not both. Eventually the second chair was delivered 16 weeks after order. Shocking customer service with lead times and information. Could not fault the delivery team though very professional and obviously the quality of the chairs is brilliant but very disappointed in the customer service from the shop.

Poltroon Sofa TV advert attracted my attention and me and my family visited the showroom with a view of just browsing. We were greeted by Anbhal who was very friendly and not pushy. The helpfulness, professionalism and friendliness of this very nice lady led us to buy a new 3-piece suite. It was excellent customer service and smooth-free process from browsing to purchase.

Everything is fine except that wa were only left with one charge cable for two chairs.

On walking in to the Derby store we noticed the store looked clean and bright with a lovely smell. We were greeted with a smile and a good morning from Paul and his colleague. They left us to browse after advising they were available should we need any help. We were served with coffee while we asked some questions about the items we were interested in. They were both very professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the product and the after choosing a settee and chair they gave us all the information we required and they made our experience fun from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Poltronesofa - Derby, they have quality products at great prices, amazing staff we can’t wait for delivery. Thanks for a great experience guys.

From walking into the store, which smelt divine, layout of store brilliant, lots of different designs to our sales lady I think her name was asha? Excellent store service

When we bought the chair everything was good very efficient in the shop. I was to receive a telephone call or text from poltron the night before delivery to inform me of the delivery slot the next day. This didn't happen and I phoned poltron to find out the time slot only to be told it's arriving in 8 minutes. Which it did. When asked why didn't you ring as planned the reply was they had no phone number. Yet I saw our landline number on his mobile. He didn't know that was a phone number. Everything went well after they had to wait for us to move our furniture. I am greatly disappointed in how this ended it needs to be addressed in training about landline numbers. And some checking that they have contacted the customer. The 2stars are for the assistant in the shop and not for the delivery.

Excellent customer service from Anthony at the Kingsway derby branch! He was fantastic! Really helpful! And we even got offered free water and tape measure! Can't wait for the delivery of my new sofa!

I do not have any issues with the delivery of my sofa and armchair. The guys let me know when they were on their way. Assembled everything. They were polite.
However, the gliders that I had ordered were absent, apparently due to a shortage of them. Apparently Poltronesofa will be in touch with me about this issue. It is a nuisance having to have people come back to fit them.

Happy with the purchase we made off shop floor staff very friendly and helpful 😊 Collected sofa ourselves.

Everything has been brilliant, from the moment I walked into the Kingsway store. Ant the salesman answered all my questions and gave me plenty help picking my sofa. The fellas who delivered was very good, respecting my home, absolutely love my new sofa.

Anthony ,who attended to us was professional and friendly and provided all relevant info for our requirements,the showroom was well presented,we wait and see if delivery and installation go as well!

The entire experience was excellent, from placing the order in the store to receiving the sofa chair. It arrived exactly as expected, and it looks just like the one we chose in the showroom. We’re very happy with the quality and overall service.

Paul at the Derby branch was very polite and helpful . Good comparative prices and delivery as advised after about 3 months. Delivery team arrived over an hour earlier than the txt . They were helpful and took away all the rubbish . So far so good a week having the sofas. 60 months interest free and SCS had a free delivery offer when ordered in April .

Well informed of delivery time. Email the day before with slot for the day. Email again the next morning with time slot to the hour. Phone call to confirm time of delivery. Arrived on time and found the correct house which is a problem sometimes. Very quick, pleasant and informative delivery guys. Not sure about suite yet. No chance to even sit on it.

I bought a 2 & 3 seater both are full of faults so bad it bought me to tears. I’m now in the process of trying to sort the issue. Spoken to a lovely guy Gavin who is helping resolve my poor quality sofas. Really dissatisfied with the quality but will happily update review if they sort the issues for me.

We visited the store just to see what was available, we was approached by Ant we just told him we were just looking at the min he asked if we need any help just let him know on looking around we had questions to ask and Ant was really helpful as we were looking around we didn’t buy that day but returned two days later and ordered with Ant great service really helpful highly recommended thanks

I didn't have much money to spend on a sofa so was pleased when I spotted just what I was looking for in style and price.
The staff were so helpful and made the process easy. I put down a deposit and payed for the sofa over a few weeks. Then came the day, my new sofa arrived.
The delivery drivers were polite and had put my sofa in place in minutes. The quality of the sofa is so impressive. This isn't just my opinion but the opinion of friends neighbours and family. I can't fault it. Well done brothers. Keep up the good work.
