Tracking on delivery was excellent didn’t have to sit in all day waiting delivery staff were fast efficient and pleasant

William and Douglas our delivery team were absolutely fabulous, they were thoughtful, respectful and did a great job of putting my furniture where I needed it to be. No moaning or disgruntledness just a great efficient service. They were brilliant 👏 the emails and updates were great too and kept us fully informed. All around good service😀

My parents who are 76 and 82 ordered a sofa from SCS back in February. The store assistant in the Dundee store (Paul Wilkinson) showed them a sofa which was on sale and they both liked it and he completed the paperwork. The day they were in he was really busy and rushed through the paperwork. My parents didn't check this as they thought he would have ordered the sofa he showed them. When the sofa arrived it wasn't the same sofa they ordered. The delivery men said they could keep the sofa until the correct sofa arrived. When they checked the paperwork they realised that the sofa the store assistant ordered was not the one he showed them. When they went back into the shop to speak to them about this he and the store manager both said that they should have checked it and they would not change the sofa. They were really cheeky to my parents and made out that they did not remember what they had ordered. The sofa they have isn't hugely different from the one they wanted but it was more the way the staff instore spoke to them. They were really annoyed. The level of customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

5 star service from the delivery guy, poor communication experience no update the evening before eith estimated time or tracking service...

Truly one of the worst company's I've had to deal with after delays and finally receiving the sofa at the weekend, the manager reneged on his offer of £150 goodwill and downgraded it to 100 after. Will argue with you till blue in the face. I would avoid this company at all cost and go with a reputable firm.

I was given the time to look round the store in peace to make my decision, but there was always an assistant at hand to help. When I did decide on something I was given full information about the product and helpful advice. Overall it was a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Guys in store were great delivery terrible had sloth 11/12.45 today still waiting trying to call speak someone virtually impossible waited 30mins in queue then asked call back over hour ago still waiting got call from courier headquarters and because my partner bought sofa on day wouldn't discuss anything with me thou we live together same house he said I'm terminating call had my partner on phone at the other end still said no. just received call have wait another week fir delivery ,said tried to delivery all lies for you would think my partner could take call ??? Not acceptable another week plus loss another day wages just lost 2 sales due delivery service

Friendly staff who made us welcome. Took time to explain process and availability. Only down side was on returning home we realised it was free delivery if we ordered online. They didn't tell us that in-store unfortunately.

Paul was very welcoming, took considerable time to explain the products, was most helpful advising finance options and in now way made us feel rushed or pressurised.

They are very professional and courteous. From the moment we walk in, selecting the right sofas for our needs, sales, transportation and delivery, the services are of very good standard.

The guys who delivered our furniture kept us up to date throughout the to let us know when they would arrive. They worked quickly and professionally to put the furniture together and were really friendly.
The sales team were great and talked us through several suites before we made our choice and completed the order quickly and were very knowledgeable about the product we had chosen!

Nothing wrong with sales rep but I ordered sofa at 3pm one day wife had change of heart went back 930 am next day and was told you have no cooling off period u can’t cancel you can only amend order which is shocking as means you are now stuck with a sofa you don’t want

Sofa is very well made and was delivered on time. However the delivery crew managed to scrape 2 walls and a door frame getting it into the house. They were not careful at all

Dealt with both Darren's. Very pleasant and not pushy. Made a purchase and all went through with no hassle.

The store Assistants was very knowledgeable on the items we ask about , he show us how to work the different things that the sofa did we also like we could used the battery power fittings , which I like alot as I don't like Lots of cable showing , also like I could get the sofa we got in the colour we like better

Overall a very pleasant experience in SCS/Poltronesofa Dundee today. Spoke with Paul who let us look around without the pushy sales talk but was on hand if we had any questions. Nice furniture and even nicer staff.

My friend and I visited the Dundee store, warm welcome from staff member sorry forgotten his name,he told us about the sofas and chairs and the ways they can be organised to suit,he left us to look around at our leisure and when I found one I liked he told me all I needed to know and total cost and time it would take for delivery, left the shop very happy.
