Great customer service from the lady in store

We had a great experience in store at Kidderminster, the assistant "Steph" was excellent! She gave us all the information we requested in a friendly and helpful manner. Steph was a pleasure to shop with and we were more than happy with her excellent customer service 👏.

Outstanding service from Nicholas, every time we went to see the sofa. He helped us make our minds up with knowledge for every question we asked him. From the sample colours and textures to the way the mechanisms worked. He was happy to help and made our purchase effortless.

Will be able to leave a review when I have received delivery in 3 months time

In the kidderminster store . It was a pleasure . Steph your assitant was very knowable and polite. Answered all my quesrions had a lovely manner and i didnt feel rushed as i have felt qith other companies. She is an asset to your company.

Store staff were amazing, helpful, friendly nothing too much much trouble.

Brilliant pre delivery contact by emails, phone calls, including tracking system, plus also a call when close to home.
Lads who delivered Blair and Precious were friendly, helpful nothing too much trouble. Asked where I would like the furniture to go. Tested the recliners were working. Took all the packaging away luckily dry so could do majority on the drive. Highly recommend them. First class service again. Thank you.

We had a very positive experience with ScS. The salesperson in the Kidderminster store was extremely helpful (and not at all pushy). The documentation was thorough and, when it came to delivery, the communication was excellent regarding delivery date and time and the chaps delivering were extremely efficient. All in all, we were most impressed.

My husband is disabled, cleared the room for expected 13.30ish delivery, delivered 17.00.
Wasn’t the best experience
Unhappy with suite as needs plugging in, wasn’t told that in showroom

We had a 3 seater & a 4 seater sofa delivered today, right from the off the sales guy Nick was excellent, also the 2 guys that deivered them were very good, we aways use scs for the excellent quality of the products, great service as usual.

We ordered two sofa’s at the Kidderminster store on 31-10-2025 . Advised mid January 2026 delivery. We paid in whole for 1 sofa the rest on finance to start the month after delivery. The order is now nowhere to be seen on our online account. It showed for 10 weeks. I have tried 8 times to contact customer services and directly to the store with absolutely 0 answers or response. It feels like a totally money grab from scs. I had to make the trip back to store to get them to confirm the order is still live, but had no explanation as to why neither myself or the store could find it on tracking

All went well in the shop purchasing the sofa and waiting over 3 months to arrive and then told me that will arrive for Xmas which never arrived it was over 2 weeks late from the date is supposed to be delivered, they have never contacted me to say that will not be delivered before Xmas I had to ring them to see what’s happening, and finally when delivered the delivery guys were so miserable the way they were handling the box and assembled the sofa was very rough that nearly wanted to sent it back

Alice from the Kidderminster store was more than helpful today. Alice was professional, welcoming and knowledgable about the SCS products
We didn't place an order but would return to the store in the future to deal with Alice personally.
Thanks for the complimentary drinks and we may well see you again soon. We were particularly impressed with the massage recliner sofas.

The last star will be given if the delivery side goes well, as I have only just put my order through my aim would be to update this after receiving my sofa.

When it comes to my in store experience, it was brilliant! Me and my fiancée went to SCS, Furniture Village, Sofology & DFS. DFS, was a terrible experience, we were ignored and when trying to speak with someone they simply were not interested. Furniture Village & Sofology were better, nice people and they tried to help but they have very limited options compared to SCS.

Shout out to both Steph & Alice, these ladies were outstanding! Speaking with them was like talking with a friend. Steph was very helpful when it came to the colours/materials as well sorting out delivery due to us being in a flat, & Alice was helpful when it came to the recommending a sofa that matched our needs, including the size/customization options.

This is a very basic way of explaining it, I don't know what the other staff are like but if you can speak with one of these ladies I very much recommend you do & you will better understand what I am trying to put across.

Let me know when they'd arrive and then did so on time. Put everything together swiftly and cleaned up after them. Nice and friendly. Everything looks great :-)

The delivery men were perfect gentlemen. Nothing too much trouble. They did a fine job managing an extremely heavy sofa and assembling it. All quick and efficient.
One plastic leg snapped when standing sofa upright. This was a design fault and not the delivery guys. The legs should be made of wood. They promised a technician will come and fix.

Had our sofa bed delivery today 3rd Dec. The two lads had to park the lorry down our lane as the park manager would not let them drive upto our lodge as the wheels would be on the grass! The lads got the sofa to us and built it up. Great job done by both and taken all the packing. Thank you both.
