I am extremely happy with my sofa , love it , it's really comfy, and support's all in the correct place, the men that delivered my sofa , 2 of them were very professional in there job , the other seemed like he didn't care at all , his dress scene was not of some one who goes into people home , old baggy shorts and an old t shirt which was not the proper fit , sorry but that's how my experience was

Would prefer some decent notice of arrival time. To get a text message at 06:40 on the day of delivery is no good. I get that this might suit the delivery team but it is not customer focused.
The delivery team themselves were very courteous, amenable and efficient.

Everything was excellent from the very beginning. Great customer service in store with helping to choose my sofa and colour scheme. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Delivery men were were also excellent and friendly.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase and the experience of shopping with Poltronsofa.

The suite was exactly what I wanted in the colour I wanted Delivery was on time and I was updated right up till arrival The boys that delivered it were very helpful and placed it right where I wanted it Can’t complain about anything Would definitely recommend this company very professional from start to finish

Very nice showroom with a lovely smell ,great selection of suites and very pleasant staff who don’t overcrowd you and give you time to look . Barry who we dealt with was knowledgeable and professional a very good experience all round.

The delivery men were extremely rushed and ended up leaving some of the packaging in the front garden that they had taken off the chair before taking it into the house. It was out of sight and I didn't know about it until a neighbour pointed it out.

Unfortunately there are also marks of some sort on the leather on the side of the backrest which was pointed out to the delivery men who did try to clean it off without success. I have reported it to the company.

The shop staff were helpful in showing me how to inform the company of the damage, which I have done via email.

I did have another chair delivered a few weeks earlier and would give that delivery 5 stars.

Upon entering the store at Kirkcaldy Retail Park, I was given the right amount of space to look around freely until I found a sofa bed I liked. Brian took the time to demonstrate its features without adding unwanted pressure for me to decide if it was to my liking. He was very accommodating during my whole experience and shared a few laughs too. I am very comfortable with my purchase and felt assured I had made the right decision. He’s a very nice person and is very good at what he does. Other staff that were around were friendly and helpful too. From a happy customer, Rhona Murray.
