The crew was very respectful and polite and helpful and made sure we were happy before they left they did an amazing job

When my daughter & myself went to the Mansfield shop we were able to walk around on our own wasn’t put under any pressure when I decided what I wanted every thing was done with ease. The one thing I didn’t like (I’m disabled) was the lift it made us feel unsafe. The delivery was excellent the guys put my sofas where I wanted them they took all the packing with them and made sure I was 100% happy before they left (priceless).

colour for us. There was a delay on the delivery but was not a problem.

Delivery on time as specified. Could keep track of delivery. Delivery men courteous, careful and item delivered in good condition

The delivery drivers were excellent. Professional. Respectful. Polite and skilled in their job. We are very impressed.
The only down side. The pressure pads that go under each leg on the chairs are far too small and do not make moving the furniture around veryveasy . We have just found one on the carpet and it will not stick back on

The delivery guys that delivered my sofas were brilliant. I was informed several times and called with a final, accurate time of arrival. Everything was carried in, unpackaged and set up for me, with the rubbish taken away and disposed of too. The whole process was just easy and satisfying.

From purchasing our sofa at scs at Mansfield the lady that served us was very professional her customer relations was excellent will felt at ease and given time to make decisions brilliant experience and as for the delivery excellent customer service they kept us informed on the day of delivery they treated our home with respect full credit to the two lads about 45 minutes from start to finish 👍

As soon as we walked into scs we was welcomed by Kelly Ann she had a smile on her face and was very helpful, she asked what sofa I was looking for so I told her she showed us round and was very patient and a lovely lady ,i brought a corner unit with Kelly’s help and happy with the service

Arrived at SCS Mansfield looking for a corner sofa, plenty of options available. The staff were very helpful and advisable. We found what we were looking for with help from Kelly-Ann; she sorted all the details and made the visit very worthwhile. Would definitely recommend this place to others, looking forward to the delivery.

1st time in mansfield store today
Went with my Son, he was looking for a corner suite, no pushy sales people, left to browse and ask for help when needed, so we didn't feel hurried in any way,
We were saved by Kelly
It was a pleasant experience from the start, she was extremely helpful, answered all our queries,
She was discreet & very professional during the purchase phase, we felt relaxed at all times, she gave us all the information about various payment options, choices, colours etc,
I would definitely visit this store again, Kelly is an asset to it, highly recommended & excellent customer service & care

Sofa damaged when it arrived, some damage to flooring on delivery however I believe this is being dealt with. SCS took pictures of the damage before the rest of the sofa arrived in the living room. They told me not to worry as they will just swap the unit. I'm now being told that a repair company will come and remove the cover and replace in 5 weeks time... Absolutely shocking.. Looks like it will have to go down the legal route. Will update the post after speaking with the store manager later today.

Update 7th June. The store manager is trying to support getting these issues sorted however SCS offered 300 pounds to replace a 2k kitchen floor. Refused insurance details and requested I get 3 quotes. Unfortunately I've had to take time off work to arrange this and noone will do like for like I. E remove skirtings etc. They have finally agreed to replace the badly damaged sofa. I will be reaching out to Renzo Ricci the owner as senior managers at SCS refuse to settle this issue. Will update once we have a resolution. Look out for other reviews coming to other social media platforms.

The two men that came we respectful of my property they put a blanket down at the doorway and took away all the rubbish and made sure I was happy Before they left.
