From ordering to delivery everything went great
Sales person in the shop didn’t pressure us and let us take our time, even when we said we were going to look in other shops before making a decision. Finally went back to scs to pick the sofa we liked and picked the material and colour we wanted. The sales person went through everything which included any extras we wanted and what the delivery lead time would be (3 months on the sofas we wanted).
We were kept up to date with the delivery date throughout and it actually came 2 weeks earlier than we were originally told, which we were happy about.
On delivery date it came within the delivery time slot we were given the day before m, and the delivery team were excellent, from the moment they pulled up to them leaving was about half an hour, considering they had to put it together.
Find the sofas to be of excellent quality and love the fact they are powered recliners.

Hi very pleased with my furniture the delivery men was very nice unpacked the furniture set everything up and was very careful bringing it in the house

Nice chat with Jamie, left me to browse, sat on a couple of sofas- then saw comfort, chaise long, recliner & storage in one sofa. Chose colour from AI which looked fab. Made me coffee & bought there and then, Jamie was fab, informative & funny 🤣 (the wait is massive though)

Absolutely fab from picking our sofa in store, curtesy, care and a lovely atmosphere well done, was kept upto date all the way through to delivery and delivery drivers cheerful, careful and respectful thankyou 5* service keep up good work xx

Very dissapointed with this company.
Sales staff very friendly however after clearly stating that i needed the storage area to be on left hand side as sitting on it. Which i couldn't have stated any clearer then i did. I explained my room isn't very big and that i had a fire so storage area needed to be on the left as it was in store. I wasn't aware when ordering they order as your facing sofa. As we were sat on sofa with sotorage to ghe left. Turns out Paul in Guiltbrook , Nottingham who should know to order Right side facing not Left as he did.
I didn't recieve any paperwork until weeks later.
When the sofa was delievered i said it was wrong. However after speaking to delievery firm left the sofa , leaving me to go in store to sort the issue.
Staff in store are of no help at all. Even though its ghe sale team that place the orders. They do not care that im left with a sofa that is right infront of a gas fire.
The delievery guys broke my front door, which took the after sales team 3 weeks to sort.
I had 3 trips to the store who refuse to do anything to rectify the issue .
This company really do not care or take responisiblity for their mistakes.

We have ordered our furniture and now waiting for delivery in November.

Liam at Giltbrook was excellent. He answered all questions put to him by myself and granddaughter. He was not pushy which puts most prospective purchasers off. The delivery men were so good - no mess left behind and showed me - elder lady- controls. I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience with company! Having said that, any genuine problems and I’d be on the phone straight away!!!!

Great communication regarding arrival time. 20 min advance call arrived as promised. Delivery team were very pleasant and helpful. Checked our delivery expectations before they offloaded the goods. Worked efficiently and gave overview of product. Respected our property and took away all packaging. Great experience

The staff were welcoming explained everything clearly.

My wife was at home to recieve the sofa. Delivery men were kind and carful with our new sofa. Because it’s a light colour, he asked if we was ok to position the sofa, so there was no risk of dirt from their grubby hands marking it, which was nice of them to give that option.
From the great service at the store, communication via txt and email, to delivery. It was all fantastic and we love our new sofa :)
