Excellent service and speedy delivery.
Delivery chaps ( Tommy & Liam ) kept in constant contact to let me know day and time of delivery.
They were very polite and put my sofa together in no time, even positioning the cushions in the right place.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. Glenn in the shop was lovely and answered all my questions. Very glad he recommended the gliders as I realised my old sofa had torn the carpet where I have to move it to get to the cupboard underneath the stairs and the new sofa just slides along like a charm even though it's a heavy sofa bed.
Glenn gave me a delivery date estimate, which turned out to be totally accurate and I got order updates by text and email in plenty of time to arrange getting rid of my old sofa.
Andy K and Dave B delivered it and again, were great and answered my questions. Both lovely gents.
Couldn't be happier with my new furniture and the whole experience.

Brilliant service from the delivery crew!
The crew were brilliant, our house is not the easiest to access and we were having a corner sofa and recliner chair delivered which made it 100 times more difficult but they managed to do it with no damage to paintwork which amazed me! Great lads as well, very friendly and courteous, highly recommended, thank you ☺️

Nate and Todd were super efficient
Nate and Todd were super efficient, called well ahead of my delivery time, attended earlier than the previously (texted) time which was excellent, and placed my new sofa in situ with ease. They explained everything, used cover blankets so as not to cause damage and generally did a fab job!

Great experience at SCS today
Great experience at SCS today. Was met by Glenn at their Lady Bay Nottingham Store. I went there specifically to view a sofa I had seen on line. Needed to know it was the right one for me. Glenn knew exactly where the sofa and chairs I had come to see were in the store, and gave some great information. Time was short for me so I booked an appointment through their website for the evening. At the appointment Glen went through everything regarding the purchase and as I knew what I wanted for definite it took no more than 25 minutes to complete everything. Nice surroundings, Knowledgeable employees and a great selection of furniture. Just have to wait now for my sofa and chair to be delivered, but the purchase experience was great.

Amazing service
Joe and Mark delivered our sofa for us. They rang us when they was about 40 minutes away to keep us informed and updated.
When they got here they was both friendly and polite and had everything in and unpacked within 10 minutes.

The member of staff was helpful she answered all of our questions and then helped to fulfill our order and arrange finance although that meant her staying well after the shop was supposed to close.
