We were informed of time slot and also received phone call when 20 mins away
They were careful with my sofa and my home as they delivered sofa removed all package set up my sofa and informed us of info we needed well done scs from ordering and delivery great service

Very polite and knowledgeable answering all my questions, Glenn left me to browse around until I felt I needed assistances again from him.

We ordered a sofa back in November, was delivered end of January but the wrong sofa arrived. We have been chasing and chasing via phone and in store but have had no updates or correspondence at all. SCS has left someone who is disabled and suffers with Chronic pain in bed because they can not sit on the sofa that has been delivered.

We have been in to SCS two times today in search of a corner sofa. We liaised with Glenn on both occasions. Glenn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He listened patiently as we “discussed “ and had pre-empted our barrage of questions questions. We were left alone when we needed to be and Glenn was approachable when required. Our experience today resulted in us purchasing the perfect sofa for us. Absolutely recommend SCS and Glenn (the other gentleman Tim, was nice too)👍🏻

Came to the store today there was a lady just slouched on a sofa looked up and ask can I help ya not customer service at all not even hello I spoke to her just said hi just having a browse she looked straight back at her phone and said right now expression on her face I think she’s very rude and igronant I will not be buying from this store now from people like that

Glenn at the Lady Bay Nottingham store was brilliant. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the sofas available. He gave us a lot of his time and we felt under no pressure at any stage. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for sofas.

Pleasure to shop there no hassle from Staff but were attentive as and when required. Good customer service from Yvette who certainly knew about every product she was asked about, was very patient and most importantly listened.
