Delivered my powered recliner sofa and chair promptly. Had it assembled and in place in around 10 minutes without any fuss. Professional delivery guys. Would recommend!

Nathan helped us buy our sofa for our first house. The selection is amazing and we were able to get exactly what we wanted.
Nathan stayed late and made sure we didn't feel rushed and explained everything clearly, couldn't recommend visiting more!

We Purchased a sofa from this retailer we hadn't owned it long when we noticed the main two cross beams had broken underneath both parts of the carcass. I contacted ScS and they told me I needed to pay further £75.00p just to inspect the damage and it may not be repaired or replaced if the repairer believes its due to wear and tear. I contacted a specialist sofa repairer and he informed me that the cross beams are chipboard and are not generally strong enough for a three seater sofa designed to hold up to 30 stone over the three seats. The quality of the structure is very poor and it is a bit of a con by the company as they are not going to admit to poor quality structure components and manufacture. I wouldn't buy another piece of furniture from them as we paid for insurance that the sales person said covered structural and rips and tears which it doesn't and is a rip off for just stains or tares at £I47. I have had the sofa repaired and it's structurally solid now. ScS really do sell poor quality structures in there sofas don't buy go to DFS or sofology or some other more reputable retailer. ScS are manufacturing using the cheapest materials and chipboards the cost of their components don't justify the retail cost of their furniture. My repairer told me it would only be a few pounds less than a £100 they are discusting ripping the public off like this. FURTHER to ScS responses yesterday I also wish to add that the cost of the Sofa was £499 we also paid a further £99 for delivery and actually we paid £147 for 5 year safeguard breakdown which I believed covered defective materials and breakages of the frame. Further we paid £30 for a specialist fabric care kit for spills and stains another add on I thought this was included in with the £147.00p. Then they have the cheek and audacity to ask for a further £75 to inspect the damage of their defective construction. They obviously won't repair it because its like admitting liability for their rubbish and poorly constructed Settees. I don't want recompense or anything from ScS but I do want to make some of their potential buyers aware of the true quality of the crap furniture they sell. So to sum up a sofa that cost £499 cost us £775 plus a further potential £75 to tell us its damaged beyond repair. This gives us a grand total of £850.00p IF THIS ISNT DAYLIGHT ROBBERY WHAT IS ? I think the MD of ScS is called Robin Banks.

They need to keep the customer informed about the delivery it’s ok to give you a rough idea when it will be delivered no information you can’t contact the store you have to go in they tell you they will sort it and will contact you with the information which they don’t then you have to contact head office they tell you when it’s arriving at the distribution centre and a date when it will be delivered also your tracking website is not fit for purpose

Myself, my partner and my parents recently visited the ‘Coypool Plympton’ store and purchased a sofa, chair and footstool for our first home with the amazing help of ‘Nimmi’! She was so friendly, approachable and helpful with providing all the information we needed and tried to find the best price she could for us! She is a credit to this store! Thank you ‘Nimmi’!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The member of staff who greeted who us, Nathan, was professional and understanding. He very patiently showed us the type of sofas we were looking for and discussed the different types of style etc. Nothing was too much trouble.
We were impressed with the range, type of material and colour options available to us.

So this is my 4th trustpilot review. Please do not buy from them! Shocking customer service. We are still waiting for our refund 3 months later… over 20 phone calls and promise of call back yet nothing. We have emailed them as requested… back still no reply. Please stay away…

Excellent service - the salesman was extremely helpful and didn't rush our decision.
The item was delayed but that was due to the suite being hand made.
The delivery was smooth with a time and updates.
The two delivery men were polite, friendly and respectful of my property.
They placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it.

The Team of Dave and Scott, arrived on time and quickly started moving the two sofas into the house. They explained what was to happen and answered all our questions in a clear and curious way, very pleasant team. The tracker makes it easier to guage when they would arrive, very reassuring.

We were at the Coypool site with my elderly dad for about half an hour trying a few different riser chairs. The lady who saw to us, Nimnie, was very pleasant and helpful to us during our visit so we decided not to look elsewhere and purchased from ScS.

Nathan was very welcoming explained lay out of store and allowed us to browse when we made a decision Nathan came to help us he showed us all the gadgets on sofa and what they all did when it came to helping us sort out finance he was extremely helpful and explained everything and very patient Nathan has lovely sense of humour

We found exactly want we wanted and it was also in the sale, we we were really pleased. We came back a couple of days later to add a chair. The salesman, Nathan, in the Plymouth store was so helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at how stylish your products are so I would certainly use your store again.

I would strongly recommend not buying from them.. just appalling way to treat customers, they obviously don’t want repeat custom from anyone
