we had a 3.5 month wait for delivery after placing out order of 2x 2 seaters and a chair, shop staff friendly and help full, finally had a delivery slot was informed 7 days before and confirmed day before, on morning had ab actual time slot. both delivery guys where brilliant, respectful of property, one guy brought the items in and removed rubbish while the other assembled the sofas. in all a very good experience and the sofas are really comfortable. thank you for a great service.

Trevor was very attentive and polite with us when we asked about purchasing a sofa bed. He engaged with us straight away and was well informed about the products we looked at. Aside from liking a particular sofa bed we did look elsewhere, but returned due to the product quality and Trevor’s great personality.

Amazing experience, clean showroom, drinks and gift bags offered and everything was fully explained to us from start to finish, advice and opinions offered too as it is our first sofa. Gerald at poltron in the Sears retail park in Shirley was fantastic and incredibly helpful and friendly, a massive contribution to us picking poltron for a sofa.

I walked into the store on Friday 22 May and Gerald and Fabio were very welcoming. Gerald served me and was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I have ordered 2 new sofas.

The staff were very helpful in assisting us to choose the right sofa for our living room space. They moved the sofa around in different ways to help us better understand and visualise how it would fit in our home, which was extremely helpful in making our decision. We are very pleased with their support and excellent customer service.

We were greeted by Trevor at Your Shirley branch last Wednesday 29 April 2026. He was very helpful showing me what I was looking for and the fabrics I had in mind. It didn't take me long to decide what sofa and chairs I liked. Trevor answered all my questions about the styles and fabrics and it was easy to make my choices. I had no intention of buying that day, only looking but I was so pleased that I had found what I was looking for so easily. I had to phone Trevor back later that day to change the size of the sofa as I originally chose a 3 seater and I needed a 2 seater. Trevor was a breath of fresh air very happy and jolly and the whole experience spending my money was very enjoyable.
