Delivery guys were 5 star the product absolute rubbish!

The seats on settee and two recliner chairs consist of one piece of foam folded over. When anyone sits on any part of settee (one part of the settee isn't a recliner) or the two chairs the foam flattens out you can actually put your full hand into the folded foam seat. I left my mobile phone on the arm of the settee overnight. There is now a permanent indent on the arm rest. I've had this suite 5 days. It is not fit for purpose and I want it removed from my home and given a full refund!

Original quote for my 2 seater couch was £699.00 with £129 delivery.. now its £799.00 with 'FREE DELIVERY' So only saving £30 !!

Smooth process from start to finish. From the non pushy sales team, and all staff were very informative. Suite arrived on time, delivery team went above and beyond! Happy with my new couch.

Warm and friendly experience
We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the team who was very knowledgeable and also patient as we had quite a few questions!
The order process was straightforward and we were given a lot of details along the way that really helped us in deciding on our purchase.

It was my first visit to the formerly SCS, now Poltronesofa,in Liverpool, New Mersey Retail outlet and I was very impressed.
The staff on the day were professional and brilliant and guided me so well and my experience was fantastic.
Their product knowledge was brilliant and I was able to make a well informed decision.
The Poltonesofa furniture range is wonderful and beautifully crafted.
