The only thing I could complain about really was the amount of time it took from ordering to actually delivery.
We are so pleased with the furniture upto now it’s better than we realised, the crew that delivered it were excellent very polite on time and very organised, I would recommend this company to others.

Great welcome. Allowed to browse but the team were very aware that you were there and available to help if needed. Amazing knowledge of the product and helpful suggestions for alternatives based on the type of sofas being looked at. Quality of sofas seems superior to the competition and with a great frame guarantee. We visited twice and the service was consistent no matter who helped us.

The staff let us know they where their if we needed help but then we were left to look round and try out the furniture without being pushed to buy. When we were ready to buy a sofa the sales assistant explained everything and was extremely helpful.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and was able to offer good advice, in helping us to choose our living room furniture.

We went back to see Raz who sold us our sofa earlier in the year as we wanted another chair and he was exceptionally helpful and provided brilliant customer service again can highly recommend Raz to any one

Sales team were very Helpful and friendly.

We were able to look around freely without being badgered by the sales people. The assistant 'Red' told us the basic info and then left us to wander freely but he was on hand to answer questions. We visited 3 times in total and were impressed with the product and by the help and advice given to us each time.
Hopefully we will be equally happy with our purchase.

Terrible aftercare, and they don't contact you until a few days before to get your furniture, when I called to change the date, they still turned up at the cancelled date. And I have a faulty media sofa and was told I have to fill a form in, which is the most difficult I have ever seen. BEWARE before you buy from this company.

Staff were helpful but did not hassle whilst we were looking round. Made some helpful suggestions as to what would suit us and once we had decide on a sofa and chair the order process went smoothly.

The sales rep was great - friendly and explained the products well showing us the different features and colours available.
Easy to park and store laid out well.

Really good selection of furniture to choose from in many colours and materials. No hard sell just good product information.
After selecting the 2 sofas that we wanted we placed the order and that's when we found out about the extra charges. Because the colour we chose was not the same as the style in store we had to pay an extra £100 per piece, and was then advised to purchase caps to put on the tubular legs as they were not fitted as standard. Little disappointed in these extra charges considering the overall cost of the sofas, never had to pay extra for colour and feet before !

We bought our suite in December and have had technician out to it a few times,can't get any repairs or satisfaction from this company will never use them again and would not recommend.the 5 year warranty is not worth the paper that it's written on even the shop will not help

Lovely, spacious showroom with no pressure from staff. Helpful and quick to qualify for finance. Received confirmation of delivery date the next day - looking forward to receiving my new sofa! Prices competitive in the clearance section too.
