Very helpful staff and friendly . After looking at a range of sofa s we were able to pick our ideal comfy sofa and were grateful for the help offered to us by a member of staff .

Not delivered on time even after waiting 14 weeks still waiting for care kit problem with settee someone is coming to look on tuesday annoyed that it has to be repaired at Not even a week old customer service and aftercare is rubbish

The delivery team were very good and took all the packaging away.
However, there are screws missing from the armrest hinges, and some are not screwed in properly which is disappointing in a quality item.
This is something we see every time we lift the armrest and I don’t understand how it passed quality checks.

Customer service

We have just ordered our sofa. The store manager, Aid, was most helpful and patient whilst I chose the fabric, showing me various display sofas in different textured fabrics to help me decide which fabric to choose. He explained clearly options for payment. We chose an interest free finance option over 12 months which allows for flexible payments. We also chose a 5 year warrant and care package. We are looking forward to our new sofa. Hopefully, we will be pleased with it when it arrives.

The store assistant Louise was great and didn't push. Very accommodating and kind.

Friendly greeting, able to look at products without intrusive sales pitch, but were offered advice when needed. Need to get internet sorted in building there were several problems with connections

Greeted instore by lovely lady helped with colour and matching fabric.
Fully knowledgable helped with my questions offered a drink .
Would recommend store all very helpful and easy to talk to.

The selection & choices available,the layout of the shops showrooms. The helfulnesd of the member of staff that served us of which we appreciated very much. His name was Ade. The free delivery is a plus also.

The assistant was very friendly upon entering the store, and, she was extremely helpful too. Told me everything I needed to know to help find my perfect sofa.. which I did. Only downside is the delivery waiting time, BUT, if you want something decent and not just knocked up thenI suppose you have to wait ☺️
