It looks like quality furniture …we’ve purchased a cossina 3 seater leather sofa … can’t wait for it to be delivered to us

I realised a week after I ordered the sofa that I'd ordered the wrong facing side. I went straight to the store to ask if I could change the sides but, was told that there is only a 72 hour window in which to make any changes and was advised that my sofa had already gone to production so, as a result this doesnt look right in my lounge.
It's a very well made quality sofa and I realise this was my error in the first place.

In store experience was excellent. Delivery time was as forecast and the delivery arrived in the time estimated on the day. Efficiently assembled and all packaging removed. Recommended.

Waited months for leather 2 seater.3 seater and chair . Delivery men were excellent very polite helpful put them together quickly but had been sent the wrong feet for 2 seater so now have to wait another couple of weeks to have new ones sent . After paying all that money you would expect it to be perfect . So disappointed.

When we walked in we were met by a lovely assistant named Andy.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he explained the history / function of each suite we looked at.
We needed up buying a new suite and are now awaiting delivery.

John in the Swansea store was great serving us and answering all our questions. It would have been great to get a firmer delivery date in order to plan for it but all in all a good experience.

After writing this review I received a response from their social media team saying the delay was because the sofa had to be ‘made to order’ which was a strange thing to say as we were buying the actual sofa from the store as they needed display space according to John. It appears no one took the time to understand my comments and simply responded with what appears to be a standard response. Dropped to 3* because of this.
