10 out of 10 experience, sales staff were amazing and helpful. Explained about the different combos we could have with our corner unit and helped us choose the right colour and explained all of the different materials we could have had.

The lady in the store was very helpful without being pushy. Tracy was very friendly and helpful. She went through the price breakdown about my purchase but when I noticed at home on the invoice the price of delivery charge I rang up and Tracy offered to refund it which she has done. Great customer service !

Having decided to buy a new sofa the first good thing was being able to visit a dog friendly showroom . As part of the family we wanted to make sure we bought something that suited us all. The staff there were helpful and the selection on show impressive. We were informed when the sofa was ready to be delivered and kept up to date on day and time of delivery as promised. Delivery and installation was excellent. The guys who delivered were polite and efficient. Love the final product. A great experience alround.

Amazing discount on two settees. Delivery service was quick and efficient by Sean and Paul. Our house has an extremely tight entrance, but the temporary removal of the back legs did the job! Would highly recommend and we would happily buy again from this company.

Can’t contact anyone any where shocking

Steven and Jake were very professional and polite, they asked where I wanted them to place my furniture and set everything up for me and showed me how to operate the recliners. I can't praise them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had to wait a little longer for delivery of 3 piece suite but it arrived on time when got new delivery date

Given it was a very awkward staircase to manoeuvre, the lads did a perfect job in getting the sofa in the house.

Sofas are lovely and good value for money. Delivery was great! Delivery men Bobby and Kai were really helpful and went out of their way to make sure the sofas were in place and ready for use. Great service.

Ordered a sofa October 24 three weeks later had to go back and choose another as the no longer made our original choice. Was due to be delivered before Christmas. Delivery was cancelled then was due to be delivered January 25. Delivery cancelled still waiting February 25. 186min wait time to phone. Absolutely appalling

The guy (sorry didn't catch his name) was very helpful, polite and and made us at ease while being tended to.
We didn't feel under any pressure and the transaction was almost enjoyable.
