Resham was very very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us various chairs and two seater recliners, no pressurising us at all . We were happy with our choice and very excited to take delivery.☺️

The items were originally scheduled for delivery in mid-March. However, the delivery was unexpectedly rescheduled to mid-April, only to be cancelled the day before. This was particularly inconvenient as I had invited guests over for the first time since purchasing my home. As a result, I had no choice but to take everyone to a restaurant.

When the items were finally delivered, I was disappointed to find that one of the sofas appeared used or worn. Additionally, the other sofa was delivered with the wrong legs — I had specifically ordered metal legs with wheels, but instead received wooden legs.

Trying to get in touch with customer service has been extremely frustrating, as it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get connected over the phone.

We ordered a 3 seater recliner and a footstall with Resham, great service,very helpful, we weren't pounced on as soon as walked in, we were able to walk around and Resham was very helpful, left us alone when we wanted to be. We thought the sofas were better design and material than their competitor next door, the Italian leather is lovely. We ordered our sofa very quickly, no hassle. Definitely go back again.

Told delivery would be Wednesday, no phone call, no email, I spent 2 hours on the phone and still didn’t get through. I had to go into store next day to be told it wouldn’t arrive now until Monday. Not even an apology. Total waste of a days holiday.

Faheem was very attentive. He gave me and my sister plenty of time to choose the right sofa and chair for my new flat.

I went to ScS with my family to purchase a sofa for my sister. Faheem the Home Advisor was an absolute gem, he had helped my sister and mum before was so great, he was very friendly and really helped us get the sofa we wanted. We wouldn't of brought the sofa if it wasn't for him, very good at his job and knows his stuff.

I am writing this review on behalf of my in-laws who are here with me but do not have an Trust Pilot account to input themselves . They purchased a pair of sofas in store in Telford. Both have faults. They have been emailing for support since January 2025. Scs are stating the order number provided is not recognised. Surely there is a record of delivery from their address. We have bank statements of the money being paid to Scs, all £2400 of it.
My in-laws are in their 70s and not of significant means. They really saved for new sofas and now they are being fobbed off when trying to fix faulty and poor quality items.The number to ring does not answer and emails not responded to. This is really awful customer care. Reviews of this company on facebook are shockingly bad. I am going to contact Trading Standards

We had a great experience at the Telford branch of SCS. We had Resham looking after us and his approach was spot on. He greeted us on arrival, gave us a quick brief on how the store was laid out and how the information cards worked, then left us alone which was brilliant as we don't respond well to the pressure sales techniques employed by other companies.

Once we found our sofa we had difficulty choosing a colour so, as we lived local, Resham found an old sample file for us to take away to match the colours with our carpet etc.

We then went straight back to order the sofa. Resham was very thorough and checked everything as we went along.

Over all, a pleasant experience.

Very pleased with my experience from start to finish with ScS Telford. Faheem was very good at finding in the shop exactly what I was looking for and for a very good price. He was a confident and knowledgeable young man. The delivery was a very good experience too. From being able to track how far the delivery team were from my home to being very experienced and respectful the delivery was quick n fuss free leaving no packaging behind. From start to finish it was only a matter of 9 days.

Telford store. We bought 2 armchairs ex display. We were told they 'had to go' and would be delivered within a week as the showroom was having a refit. Arranged delivery for Monday 3rd.

Monday comes and no time slot confirmed. Called at 10am general customer service number, got fed up waiting in the queue so used the option to keep your place in the queue to receivea call back. Waited in all day and nothing. Eventually get a call back at 4:30pm. Delivery apparently booked for 12th!!!! Uummmm no it wasn't. Lies lies lies. Scam company who will clearly say anything for a sale or for the commission.

Friendly, professional delivery. I was updated on arrival date and time regularly. Kev and Paul were very careful around my home.
