I was so impressed by the customer service I received by Adele she explained every detail on purchasing a beautiful leather sofa .
On walking into the store was inviting nice smell so very much to see & upstairs too .
The store itself appeared exceptionally clean & plenty to choose from .

On walking through the door the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. No pressure on getting a sale on the day I walked away with a Quote. A week later I revisited the store and Jamie the store manager took the order on behalf of the sales person as she was on a day off. Now I’m just looking forward to seeing our new seating couch and single seat . Great job Jamie and team

Delivery guys were very good 1 of the guys picked up a mark on the two seater settee and reported it back on his tablet. We've also found on the the two seater settee what feels like a dent on the arm and also on the chase there is a visible thread

Excellent customer service from Adele…
Excellent customer service from Adele at the Tunbridge Wells branch. We will know more when we receive our sofa, but Adele was knowledgeable about the products and provided great advice during our visit. An unexpected treat to find a sofa after months of searching! Very excited about our purchase!

Helpful informative staff, no heavy sell.
Order took around 12 weeks to arrive but worth the wait. Delivery guys were excellent & kept us fully informed right up until their arrival.

Great service. Allowed us to browse & when ready available to cost up the order. Finances explained & order held until we were ready to proceed. Very easy when returned to order.
