The service we received was brilliant with a lot of time and patience taken by staff to ensure that we were happy with our purchase and well informed of our choices . A great experience and can’t wait to receive our new sofa.

Delivered on time in fact a couple of weeks earlier than expected,the delivery crew were very friendly and efficient.placed the sofas were I wanted them took away all packaging,sofas are lovely and comfortable I’m very pleased with them.Top marks all round excellent service from Poltronisofas I would highly recommend.

Made lots of mistakes Didn’t set me up for interest free credit despite asking for it several times! Had to go back to shop to set up Feet missing from chair Was told the chair shouldn’t have feet! Even though the one in the show room did have them! Was given used feet in the end from shop floor! Would not recommend to my friends

Apart from arriving 1 hour earlier than advised, the team were polite and completed the setting up of furniture efficiently, removing all packaging

Two lads came and delivered it bang on time, they was very helpful, wouldnt fit through the front , but went round the back and with plenty effort got it in the house, nothing too much trouble for them, and took the packiging away , we was impressed

Went to the Wigan store and told the staff what I required and they was really helpful and helped a lot fast delivery would highly recommend

Wigan store 2/7/26 Leather chair bought. Photos of chair have been forwarded to complaints department. Seat has no support at all unlike the same other excellent chair. Please advise.
