One star is being far too generous, if I could give zero I would!
The service & communication has been absolutely awful.
I ordered my sofa 19 January, it was due to be delivered 21 February but the dates keeps being put back and I’m currently on 14 May!!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SCS!!!

Our 3 Piece Suite arrived exactly when we were told it would. We were given the date for delivery and were frequently informed regarding the delivery time. Dean and Perry?? who did the delivery were very efficient and although it was extremely difficult for them to manoeuvre the suite in order to get it in they were amazing . We are very pleased with the quality and comfort overall, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend SCS to All.

I recently visited ScS in Worthing, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Andrew who was friendly knowledgeable and fun to deal with. He helped me find the perfect sofa for my home. They had a wide variety of styles, colors, and fabrics to choose from, which made the decision-making process so much easier. Great service, great products, and overall an exceptional experience!

Lovely Staff didn't feel pressured to buy anything

Endless delays after taking deposit , the call center ‘support’ is totally inept and impossible to communicate with. Huge numbers of dissatisfied customers posting complaints on social media does not do anything to install confidence to continue with purchase after multi delivery date set backs. Even visiting store multi times ( impossible to call) results in no effective action to resolve this unprofessional mess . Do scs even want my business or just my deposit ??? These delays have stopped me fully occupying my new house and costing me time and money . Very unhappy customer here .

Worst service imaginable. They broke the ex display sofa I ordered. Instead of returning my money straight away, they've held on to more than £1300 for over a month. I would never use them again and, as a solo parent, it's caused me significant financial hardship. Customer service line is awful. Long waits and minimal effort to return calls or resolve the matter.

Seamless process and great customer care all the way through. Visited the Worthing Branch (new concept one) on 2 occasions and both times were treated and dealt with very nicely, they couldn’t do more for us. Easy ordering with the chap in store and promised to deliver within 12 weeks as a bespoke make.
Ordered arrived in 10 weeks and we had comms from the delivery team as soon as it arrived in the UK. We had to change our delivery day as we were on holiday and that was a very easy phone call. Day before received a txt to give a 6 hour delivery frame, then had a call from Aaron & Shaun when they were an hour away. On delivery the lads were super friendly, went over a 7ft wall in the garden with tons of care, set up the sofa and cleared all the rubbish away. Checked I was happy with everything and went off with a cheery farewell, great job with care throughout.

The two delivery drivers were amazing - they were careful with my furniture and unpacked it safely and efficiently. They explained how everything worked. Very happy with everything they did to help 😊

Two lovely delivery guys dropped off our lovely new sofa and chair from SCS this morning. Very polite and quick working, even the dogs liked them!!
Strongly recommend SCS for prompt service and professionalism.

We have just had our three piece suite delivered. We are very pleased with its comfort, style and affordability.
We were forecast up to 12 weeks for manufacture and delivery. But it arrived in just over seven and a half weeks. The delivery men kept us informed all the time about their progress from Winchester to Worthing and we were able to track them to see how far away they were.. When they arrived there were courteous, efficient and quickly got our three piece suite installed without any fuss at all. I would highly recommend this company., especially as the bonus for us is that we can pay. interest free over four years for our purchase.

Adie & Mariia were very polite & professional. They were straight in got the job done & very neat & tidy. Very pleasant to speak to.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Store member lied to my face stating that "we never do black friday sales" and pushed me into purchasing my item then, rather than waiting. What do you know, It's down by a large amount in the BF sales. I went into the store, they told me to call support. The wait time to speak to someone was over 2 hours. I got a call back, they told me I was entitled to money back and would get back to me.. a month later, still no response. I have since called TWICE and emailed three times. Being TOTALLY ignored. It is now 4 months since I placed my order and no correspondence. Absolute trash company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Friendly staff, and made us feel welcome. They left us to look around without pestering us or hassling us. They were happy to answer any questions we asked them. As a result we bought a sofa and a snuggle chair. Paul was absolutely brilliant with us. He was very patient and had an understanding of our needs. Keep up the great work everyone.

The two delivery guys were so polite and attentive. I had cleared a route for them and they were very grateful. Ran through everything and double checked before leaving. As a bloke you don’t always get this response.

Great quality and the delivery guys have been very professional, friendly, and careful with the products and with moving heavy pieces of furniture in the house. Great customer experience all round.

Check that when buying a sofa that the staff member knows whether you actually want the insurance . Took me 3 visits back to get a refund.

Very great service. My husband said that he two gentleman that delivered our chairs were very polite and worked well together. The chairs are very comfortable and the easy riser section is very easy to use. As I have psoriasis arthritis and find it difficult to get out of the chair at times. I can’t thank you enough
