Lee was amazing friendly polite and extremely helpful went in the previous week to choose a sofa chairs etc no pressure to buy gave us lots of options to think about came home did some measurements returned last weekend and he had remembered all we told him talked us through the insurance available which we took and explained the delivery process cant speak to highly the customer service we received well done Lee and thank you

Really good experience. Lee made us very welcome when we entered the store, there was no hard sell just helpful advice. When we returned to the store to purchase Andrea handled our sale and was really helpful. All in all it was a great buying experience and would highly recommend.

Visited many sofa stores in the area on a recon mission a week before and found the sofa we wanted there, George was helpful and very knowledgeable about the sofas and we didn't feel pressured to buy on our first visit. Came back the next week and and George greeted us again remembering which sofa we wanted and helped us through the process of choices. George is a credit to the store and with his friendly customer service and relaxed sales technique

Went into the Clifton moor store in York to look for some new chairs and Lee was excellent he listened to what we wanted and offered us some great advice and recommendations without been pushy.

Lee made the process super easy, he was patient with us while we took our time to decide the right colour for us and was super helpful in choosing the correct finance plan to meet our needs. Would highly recommend!

We went into SCS Clifton moor York, after visiting a couple other sofa shops and we were greeted by Rob who was friendly but not pushy like many other salespeople. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us several great options and gave genuine advice. We came away with just what we wanted for a great deal. Would always recommend, and ask for Rob!

Wayne was welcoming and knowledgeable. Wayne helped by offering useful information, but without interfering, giving me chance to look round the store at my leisure. I appreciated the information Wayne provided, as this helped me narrow down the various product options. Wayne was calm, polite and happy to help with any questions, kindly explaining anything required. Wayne listened to my requirements and gave helpful information based on that, rather than making recommendations which weren’t in line with what I’d asked for (which I’ve unfortunately had elsewhere). Without being intrusive, Wayne offered to show me how the various chairs and sofas worked and what they could do, which I appreciated as there are new features since I last looked. At the end of my first visit, Wayne put together a quote and I was able to go away and think about it. I asked for a follow up call to go through the final option and Wayne was happy to arrange this with me around my work. I then went back in to store on a second visit to place the order. Wayne made sure I was happy with all arrangements and went through everything without any pressure. I had a pleasant, positive and stress free experience from start to finish. I have ordered a sofa and chair and feel confident they’re the right ones for me. I would definitely recommend.

Myself and my partner attended ScS York looking for a new sofa for our new house, the choice was extensive but was approached by Wayne, he was extreamly attentive yet not intrusive, he helped us pick out the ideal sofa and chair and the colour, in total spending about 2 hours woth us over two days. The entire process of purchasing it was explained well reducing any stress of payments, excellent customer service. Fast forward 12 weeks when it was due to be delivered, Dave and Melvyn arrived and were very helpful, both the chair and sofa were large and they were able to ensure that no accidental damage was caused, which none was due to the size. All in all a brilliant delivery. Would highly reccommend ScS York, Wayne, Dave and Mervyn. Thank you.
