AVOID. Placed an order with items in stock. Received an email saying been despatched. Never received the items. Phoned to chase only to be told no stock available and they had left a message and emailed me which is both false. The items still show in stock as well. AVOID

I was contacted by Matt in Sales who resolved my concerns about a recent purchase of suction hooks - top marks for customer service. Thank you.

Website and pricing looked very interesting, so ordered a selection of products, received despatch confirmation
and waited 10 days without delivery so telephoned to ask for tracking, ALL ITEMS WERE STILL WAITING TO BE SENT OUT. Now still waiting for refund. what an unprofessional set up.

Ordered 4 cans of yacht varnish never had confirmation of order money has been taken from my account email twice with no reply not great service I’m afraid.

Paid almost £90 for a liquid DPM only for it to arrive and to open the box to find the container with a hole in the bottom and half the liquid seeped out and solidified,was barely enough left to complete the room it was purchased for.

Ordered goods on Tuesday pm. they arrived on Friday in Scotland. Well packed and not damaged. Excellent service will use them in future . Very good prices much cheaper than Toolstation even after cost of postage.

Good price and good product. However it is pretty unusual these days to have to chase the supplier to receive the product you've paid for....to be fair, the goods were delivered quickly after I emailed Matt direct. Several emails to the generic address were ignored.

Ordered two tins of paint. It arrived quicker than I expected, and they took care to ensure it was securely packaged. They even gaffa taped the lids down. Thank you.

ONLY DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY TWICE THUS FAR AND WELL PLEASED, THEY WARNED ME OF DELAYS WHICH I APPRECIATED BEING TOLD IN ADVANCE. AND PHONED THEM BACK ON THE DAY AGREED AND THE PARCEL ARRIVED AS I WAS TALKING TO MATT,I HAVE SPOKE TO 3 MEMBERS OF THEIR TEAM AND ALL ARE EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY, WILL DEFINATLY BE USING THEM AGAIN. Hi Arron, thanks for sorting out the delivery in time. I was getting a little worried with some of the not so good reviews. All goods received in time.

Order arrived in 2 days. Can was dented but no issue. Good service

I required some chrome paint, to touch up a shower plug drain and subsequently selected Sealants & Tools as they appeared to have the correct paint.
Two days later the product arrived, professionally wrapped and they had even taken the trouble to tape the lid of the paint pot, to prevent spillage. Coincidentally, a previous order from a different source, arrived with paint all over the parcel.
The chrome paint was easy to supply and glistens from my shower tray!
What an absolute pleasure dealing with these people!

Placed an order for 48 hour tracked delivery which their email said would take 2 to 5 working days. After 5 days and no parcel and royal mail unable to track, I rang them. I was assured it was on its way and should be with me by Tuesday (another 2 days not counting weekend). I had ordered other items from other companies AFTER this and they had already arrived I said that I would cancel if it was not for the fact it was already en route, I was told I could indeed cancel, they would just remove from the palette. He failed to see that this meant that they hadn't posted it! Complete failure in terms of delivery and very poor customer service. Another company will deliver the same item tomorrow for the same postage cost. Would not use again and certainly would not recommend.

I placed my order Tuesday Evening.......it was delivered to me on Thursday......A really Great Service at very competitive prices too.......all in all ,100%

My 2nd order came as promised. Highly recommended i will be using sealant and tools again very soon, good prices excellent services

Ordered 3 Geocel sealents.. said it was in stock on the website. Delivery 2- 5 days.
9 working days later I still have not got the items. So email them. To which they say
Sorry for the delay, we are waiting on more stock to arrive. Should be here tomorrow/Tuesday .. it's now gone Tuesday still not despatched :(

I ordered 2 tubs of Geofix at a cost of £76.46 on the 18th August. I received confirmation of my order 191112. I also received a confirmation of my payment.
The delivery was expected to take 5 days.
I am still waiting.
I have tried phoning with no answer. I have tried emailing with no replies.
This company should not be allowed to trade.
I strongly advise that this company be avoided at all cost.

Ordered products and initial customer service very good. Informed at early stage if delays and refund offered. Having asked fir refund am still waiting after over a month. They cannot find payment details even though it is on my credit card statement and I have given them the details. Keep getting told everyone working from home which I accept. Am now about to lodge complaint through visa My experience tells me to avoid using this company

I ordered three tubs of GEO FIX all weather patio grout and the order was dispatched via courier in the time frame promised. When delivered, the courier company had trashed one of the tubs, breaking the seal on the product (causing it to go off). I emailed and phoned Sealants and Tools Direct and they were wonderful. No quibbles, very apologetic and dispatched a replacement same day. I am sorry for those that have had bad experiences, but I was delighted with the personal service provided to me and would not hesitate to order from them again. I should also add that the product was almost £20 cheaper (a tub) than via Amazon! Thank you!!
