boots ordered where out of stock
boots ordered where out of stock, but Ross messaged me and offered an alternative in the correct size , they where more expensive but didn't charge us extra. Amazing customer service 👏

Diabolical service
I received a faulty foam roller and have been told that I would need to send it back with my own money and they will keep £6 delivery so altogether I'm £15.39 out of pocket for a product that is faulty. On their own website it states they will give a return label if they accept a return.
I will never be spending my money there ever again.
The key facts are the foam roller is faulty and I'm having to even pay for postage for the faulty item that was sent to me and you also mentioned in the email I will have to send the faulty item back with my own money.
You also mentioned you've been doing this for 10 years and after checking your website funnily enough it's on your website that you give return labels for faulty goods. Which like you mentioned will reimburse, however that still leaves me £6 out of pocket for a product that is faulty and In future if one of your customers receives a faulty item they'll have to pay £6 for delivery and also pay for sending it back this is what you updated your website to.
In regards to the remote like you mentioned it was in the box thanks for pointing that out to me it was found and delivered back with the faulty item as well as all the accessories that was initially provided with.
Only thing left is the refund and reimbursement of the sent postage.
Update 20th April 2025
I was told my refund and postage reimbursement will be processed on Thursday 17th April 2025, I sent an email just now with a response saying the email address is not accepting my emails.
They never really had the intention to reimburse postage hence why they never asked for my bank details to reimburse.
This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with and now I will have to contact my bank for a refund. These are the key facts and quite astonishing that it's happening in 2025.

Muhammad, please stop editing your review after I have already responded. You've now edited it four times, once on Saturday evening and three more times in the early hours of Sunday morning. I know this because I receive a notification from Trustpilot every time a change is made.
You've shared your feedback, and I’ve taken the time to respond in full, addressing your concerns and laying out the facts. It’s clear you’re still not satisfied, but repeatedly editing the review in an attempt to further tarnish our business is unfair and misleading. If this continues, I will have no choice but to report it to Trustpilot.
To anyone reading this rewview:
My original response remains below. Please note that Muhammad has edited his review multiple times, so the version you’re now reading is not the same review I originally replied to.
Hi Muhammad, I feel it’s important to address the dishonest review you left, as you failed to mention key facts:
1. The foam roller’s remote – You claimed this was missing in your original email. After reviewing our in-store video footage, I knew the remote was in the box all along, and you were lying about its absence. You even sent me a picture of the original contents without the remote, continuing to stick to your story that it was missing. It was only when I explained that the refund would not be processed without the remote that it turned up. Just as I knew it would, as it was in the box from the start. As for the foam roller itself, it is indeed faulty, and we have no issue issuing a refund for the defective item.
2. Regarding shipping costs for faulty items, we refund return shipping costs only after the refund is approved, and this is a non-refundable service. If you change your mind about the refund after paying for shipping, that is not something we can refund. We honoured your request for a shipping label upfront as a gesture of goodwill, especially since (as you pointed out) our website inaccurately stated we would provide one (which I’ve since updated). We didn’t dispute or argue this, and I immediately apologised for the mix-up. So, you have also misrepresented the shipping cost issue, claiming you were out of pocket. The outgoing shipping cost is a completed service, and as such, it’s non-refundable.
At Seconds Out Fight Store, we pride ourselves on service, integrity, and transparency. Misrepresenting facts and attempting to tarnish the reputation of a small business with a misleading review is very disappointing.
You lied about the remote.
You lied about the shipping costs.
You left out key facts in your review.
With all due respect, this is not the kind of customer we want.
