My problem was minor but regardless the support was quick and resolved my issue. It can't get better than that.

Yes! Totally rocks. Jan @ live help did in 10 min what I couldn't do in a week. And did it on slow 1.0 Mbps
The customer support makes all the drfference.

Fixed my problem very quickly, the remote connection worked really well even over a slow connection. Very happy :)

Have just got to know the product and not tested it fully, but what I have seen so far is great. Also the comitment from the company to help me in the beginning of learning how the product works has been great. Also the followup after an audit scan.

Unbelievable service!!!.... After getting disconnected several times from the chat program they actually called me from overseas to do a remote control help with my issue and solved what I couldn't do in hours within minutes. I couldn't be more pleased!

I've been using live support for a while. I am working with a lot of differenent company's but SECPOINT really has it going. Remote support, login, changes, fixes, requests... it does not matter. They'll follow up. Need something done? A new release, made especially for you, is sitting NBD right there.

I had a problem with reaching the download area. But within 2 minutes i was in.
This is the second time and it's again the same service.

SecPoint offers superior software with support that was simply un expected. I had a few issues, i had a Staff member help me out and they stayed with me for about 2 hrs until all of my issues were fixed. REALLY un expected. friendly down to earth staff. i thought all of these reviews were fake but damn i was wrong!
