AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would have.
I didn't even get to the install stage as this company is truly pathetic.
Kelly is disgustingly rude and shouldn't be dealing with customers, what an absolute nightmare. She's literally like one of these people in a very average job who tries to take advantage of any opportunity to exert power, what an idiot, laughable.
Also, the only person who can book chargeable visits is the director, Chris, which would be fine if he was ever in the office but he never is.... Terrible!!
WHAT A JOKE
Found a much better company offering a far better service which is proved by much better reviews.

A neighbour in the security business advised that my issue could be passed to Securifix. I completed the online form on their head office website, but had no response. I phoned the office nearest to me who stated that they do not deal with the manufacturer of my system. Fair enough but they should have responded more quickly to my enquiry rather than doing nothing until chased up.

Our internal intercom (connecting one person in the flat to another in a garden studio) stopped working. I rang Securifix who told me this issue is not covered under the maintenance agreement I'd paid for (only security was covered, they said, not the intercoms .. this was never explained to me at the outset). So I agreed to an engineer call out (£70) as I had no choice. They said they'd waive the call out charge if I ordered an additional camera.

Securifix don't like criticism (which they falsely call abusive) so they cancel your maintenance agreement and block your emails.

The hugely expensive maintenance agreement covers the alarm, not the camera, not the intercom and amounts to a handful of small batteries which you can replace yourself.

I have been struggling for many years in our previous house to get the right alarm system going. We have had terrible WiFi systems that didn't work. When we moved house and had an old Securifix alarm fitted we didn't use it until the batteries run flat and had to call for assistance. They turned up very quickly, the technician was fast and clear, so we decided to ask for a budget for the annex as well. They have fitted it and it is what an alarm system should be. I must note that we got everything wired as we don't want WiFi based devices.
